"*NEW* SCUFFED EPIC BHOP SIMULATOR 2023 (POG CHAMP)" is possibly the most "viral" joke game ever to worsen Steam... certainly reading through the joke reviews mocking the game is far more entertaining than this pile of garbage.
What do you do in the game? It's a parkour platformer deliberately made to be exceedingly low quality. The idea is that you use a locomotion method famous from early Valve PvP games called "bunny hopping" or "bhop" to negotiate the platformer levels.
The graphics here are particularly awful, on purpose, so bad that it actually stands out as one of the worst looking games on Steam. Quite an accomplishment.
This game is fairly dated at 6 years old... and even back then it looked old and busted compared to contemporary, professionally made 3D games of the same period. It looked bad then, it looks worse now.
On the important matter of pricing and value for gamers, there's a lot going on here with monetisation, so this really shouldn't be considered a truly free product because of that.
This game is infested with mobile app store like microtransactions. This is a consumer hostile model that we don't need to see on PC. It's deceptively priced to gouge gamers, and that's a reason in itself to avoid this.
They also have their hand out for a $3 USD for content locked behind paywalls. Why anyone would pay money for this garbage is completely beyond me.
Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? What's the verdict?
Definitely not. This is impossible to recommend. To quote another Steam reviewer, this should be a paid product... they should be paying people to download it.

Because this is more of a "joke" game, intended to draw attention from controversy or in the hopes of going viral because it's "so bad it's good" (but it isn't good at all), there's nothing here to offer to serious gamers. As usual, with most awful/joke games, all the comedians come out of the woodwork. The vast majority of the reviews for this game are joke reviews, mocking the game for just how bad it is.
The comedians give us the usual "this game cured my cancer, saved my marriage, changed my life" story... sarcastic, but not useful if you want to know if the game is worth it. Because most of the reviews are as insincere as the game itself is, the positive review score for this game should not be considered an accurate representation of the quality of the game.
