Nelson and the Magic Cauldron: The Journey is a well put together point and click game. There are four chapters to the story, the first one being the longest and each one of them provides entertainment and an interesting story line. I definitely recommend it for casual gamers, or for players who want a quick game to run through on stream. This game key was provided by the developers, but did not influence my review in any way.

Wie schon der erste Teil, hat es die selben Probleme... Die Sprachausgabe. Leider sind die Tonspuren nicht untereinander sauber abgeglichen, sprich; Einige Stimmen sind sehr laut, andere leiser. Die Rätsel sind OK, mit ein paar verwirrenden Logikfehlern und ab und an fehlt die "Motivation", "warum ich was" machen soll. Gesamt macht es echt Spaß und man kommt recht zügig durch. Meine Nettospielzeit, bei gemächlichem Spielen, 1 Stunde und 40 Minuten.

Pros -The puzzles are enjoyable and easy enough that the game flows along quite nicely. -The game is fully voiced. The voice acting might be a little odd for some with all the German accents but It was good quality and quite charming. -The controls work well. Fully playable with mouse and you can click to skip dialog, Cons - Art-style was a little bit cold for my taste, Scenes felt very sparse, quite often very little to interact with - Dialog options don't get removed or highlighted when used. - There is no skip scene or teleport or even run, so in some you have to wait for your character to walk slowly across the scene -Game is super short. Easily beatable in less than 2 hours and the ending was very abrupt and unsatisfying. I guess I recommend it for die hard point and click fans but you will probably want to get it on a big sale. I do accept paying a bit extra for voice acting but I would have expected more content for the asking price.
