Frustrating, frustrating game. It's so close to being good, but some massive flaws just ruin it. I'm pretty tired of the ugly filter that makes everything hard to see that almost every horror game uses these days, but since you can't escape that garbage, I'll let it slide. Every so often, the camera jerks in a random direction. This happens a lot, including when you're being chased by the monster. Really annoying. The part where you need to hide from the monster doesn't give you nearly enough time to do things. He's right up your ass all the time. It's far better when I die due to my mistake than to a stupid, unavoidable game mechanic. There should also be a bit more player guidance in that section. Even after finding and figuring out all the clues, I had no idea that I already had all the clues or that I needed to use them to open a specific door. I kept looking around for the last two (nonexistent) clues for way too long. Dying to the monster while trying to put in the door code was just insult to injury. Also, your 1 looks like a 7. That got me killed, too. NEVER make the player rapidly mash buttons to do anything. That is not engaging gameplay. I'd rather just die than rapidly mash A and D a hundred times to escape the monster. The part (at the end?) where you run in a circle with almost no visibility to the left and right while the monster chases you and occasionally switches directions is just cancer. It took me a long time to figure out that I was dying because he goes 90% invisible. I eventually gave up after the dozenth or so death to a monster I literally couldn't see and uninstalled the game.
