Need for Speed™ Payback

Pretty good, though it's probably better to get another NFS game than this. Got this game for 2 AUD, so probably worth it.

EA "App" forcefully installed in order to play this [Only the Steam App should be necessary for GAMES ON STEAM!] All DLC *not* included with the "Deluxe" bundle so you have to shill out even more money if you want a complete game. Bumped my AMD Ryzen 9 9950 to 90c on startup, nearly making my brand pc shut itself off for safety reasons. Thanks...NOT. Just...Why, what in the unoptimized ♥♥♥♥ is this? Why did you make "AUTO" the default settings? Once I fixed that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ the temperature equalized to an acceptable level. Thanks for overheating both my computer & my room ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Gambling system for the cars?? Whoever thought of this needs to be fired. Does not recognize *any* controller until you fiddle with the steam input settings because EA couldn't be ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bothered to fix their ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game to begin with. Store page on the main menu screen so you're forced to look at it every. single. time. you start the game. The cutscenes pause and skip and god help you if you alt tab even off of fullscreen mode Forced to accept EA's ToS if you even want to play the game. Just no...What the ♥♥♥♥. This isn't even worth a dollar when it's on sale. Not until these issues are fixed, which, let's be real, will never be fixed due to it being a nearly decade old game already. I'm glad I got this on a deep sale when it was ~5 dollars which, is still too ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ much. If I paid full price this would be an easy refund.
