As far as online experience goes, much MUCH improved on last year. Shooting was way too easy last year, and defense was given an overhaul to where it actually feels like you can lock guys up now, even the few cheaters you'll run into in the park. Singleplayer is as good as always, there's never been much complaint there. Biggest room to improve would be a BIG one: crossplay

Just don't bother. Tried a center build this year, but apparently unless you go 99 strength it's impossible to play the post in any capacity. Getting absolutely locked up by Jokic in the paint when I have 88 strength and 90 post control. Yeah ok bud. At least you can equip 2 whole bronze badges to try and mitigate the issue (spoiler, it doesnt)
