[h1] Great base game with horrendous DLCs [/h1] So long story short, I got this game as a bundle from GoG. I was not expecting a puzzle game, but I do not mind. The artwork for the base game really rocks. Whoever drew the pieces, did an awesome job. I feel sad that the base game is so short, I really liked the art style of the author. This is the only good thing that I can praise the game for. It was difficult to give it a Not Recommended rating. The DLCs are just very bad in gameplay and contain horrible "artwork". Instead of the classic puzzle gameplay, you need to do a TIMED game of match two identical shapes. When you get the end result of a solved puzzle you will be VERY dissapointed. ALL of the DLCs have AI generated "artwork" slop. I have checked all the 16 DLCs and I can solidly confirm that the artwork was made by AI. Don't believe me? Just look at the visual artifacts around the eyes and hair. The styling of the characters also feels artificial. You will will notice repetitive poses, poses that are drawn in a poor manner. I do not think that those visual artifacts are the result of image compression. Also, all the DLC "artworks" are not signed by the original author. As I am writing this, I wonder if the developers used other people's art to generate this slop. My final thoughts? This feels like one of those titles that you would grab more as a prank gift on Steam. The base game is great, but overshadowed by the DLC slop. And also every DLC is launched separately from the base game. This means that each time you will have to quit to desktop and run the main game again to switch between additional content.
