CRAP. One world, unfortunately. First I couldn't start the experience, because the spacebar did not work. Moment later you fly on some primitive landscape, with quad from skybox visible. I turned it off after 1 minute or so. I have to refund this order unfortunately :(
Start nicht mölich! Wie starte ich dieses Spiel ?
NatureFly is a virtual reality exploration title created by John's Project that focuses entirely on delivering a peaceful and immersive journey through nature. Rather than emphasizing challenges, combat, or story-driven progression, the experience is built around the simple pleasure of soaring across beautiful landscapes at your own pace. It offers players the opportunity to leave behind the pressure of traditional gameplay and instead embrace a calming atmosphere where freedom of movement and scenic environments take center stage. The concept is refreshingly straightforward, making it particularly appealing to VR users who appreciate relaxation and environmental immersion over fast-paced action. The game's strongest feature is its collection of natural environments, each designed to present a unique setting for aerial exploration. Players can glide over dense forests, peaceful lakes, expansive deserts, rugged canyons, and snowy terrain while enjoying uninterrupted freedom of flight. An additional open-world map combines several of these biomes into one larger environment, encouraging extended exploration without imposing artificial boundaries. The ability to effortlessly move between different landscapes creates a satisfying sense of discovery, even if the game intentionally avoids traditional objectives or structured progression. Visually, NatureFly succeeds by creating environments that are vibrant, colorful, and inviting. Although the graphics prioritize atmosphere over photorealistic detail, the scenery remains attractive thanks to thoughtful terrain design, varied vegetation, and dynamic landscapes that feel pleasant to explore in virtual reality. Flying above towering cliffs before descending through wooded valleys or skimming across calm bodies of water creates numerous memorable moments. The experience demonstrates how effective environmental design can compensate for the absence of complex gameplay mechanics, allowing the scenery itself to become the primary attraction. The relaxing atmosphere is further enhanced by ambient sound effects and tranquil environmental audio. Gentle natural sounds complement the visuals, creating a peaceful experience that encourages players to slow down and simply enjoy their surroundings. The absence of enemies, time limits, or stressful encounters reinforces this calm tone, making NatureFly feel almost like a form of interactive meditation. It is easy to imagine players returning to the game after a busy day simply to unwind while exploring its virtual landscapes from the skies. Flight controls are intentionally uncomplicated, allowing players to begin exploring with minimal learning time. This accessibility makes the game suitable for both newcomers to virtual reality and experienced users who prefer a more casual experience. Since movement is the primary interaction, the responsive flying mechanics play an essential role in maintaining immersion. The controls support the game's philosophy by staying intuitive rather than introducing unnecessary complexity that could interrupt the relaxing flow of exploration. However, the minimalist approach also creates some noticeable limitations. Players looking for quests, collectibles, meaningful progression, or interactive gameplay systems may find that the experience runs out of new content relatively quickly. Once every environment has been explored, there are few incentives to continue beyond revisiting favorite locations for relaxation. NatureFly clearly prioritizes atmosphere over gameplay depth, meaning its long-term appeal depends largely on how much the player enjoys peaceful sightseeing in virtual reality. Despite these shortcomings, NatureFly remains successful within the niche it aims to serve. It never pretends to be an action-packed adventure or a feature-rich simulator. Instead, it offers a soothing escape where the freedom to fly and admire natural scenery becomes the entire point of the experience. Players seeking excitement or complex mechanics may want something with greater depth, but those searching for a tranquil VR title that showcases beautiful environments and encourages stress-free exploration will likely appreciate what NatureFly has to offer. Overall, NatureFly delivers exactly the kind of experience its concept promises. Its combination of accessible flight mechanics, varied natural landscapes, calming audio, and unrestricted exploration creates a relaxing virtual getaway that stands apart from more conventional VR games. Although the lack of progression and gameplay variety limits its replay value, the quality of its atmosphere and immersive environments make it a worthwhile experience for fans of peaceful exploration. Jouable sans VR, mais il faut une bonne carte graphique.
I did not expect to fly automatically. I had expected to fly freely as something similar to Dreamfly.
