This game is like crack. I think it’s actually melting by brain. I can’t recommend it enough!
Cute little free game. Aesthetics and music are really lovely, though there's not that much to do yet.

The Dev at Too Many Games was like "ever play sonic adventure 2 chao garden?" convinced me to try out the game now I'm hooked (and it's free!!!!) I will be trapped in my slime garden the next few weeks
The game dev happened to call me and my bf over at Too Many Games this weekend to show us this game, and I am SO GLAD he did! This game is so cute and so much fun, and has so many different mechanics and game modes, plus on top of that being entirely free?! I was initially a little worried I wouldn't get very far since I'm not great at roguelikes, but there's multiple ways of scaling difficulty, so I can see both beginners and experts being able to find it fun yet challenging. I was hooked immediately, and I highly recommend at least giving it a try, it's a wonderful game with SO much passion and talent behind it!
Slime raising and rogue like dungeons. ALL FOR FREE!?!? This game is peak
absaloute CINEMA slimes and customize so EASY TO NAVIGATE and FUN my eyes are saved also it reminded my of chao from soniiic PLAY NWOOWOWOWOWOWWWW
Just going to say that My Slime Garden is AMAZING. If you enjoyed Raising Chao in Sonic Adventure 2. You will love this. It stands out on it's own. Please get this game while it's free. You will not regret it
My favorite feature is the fishing minigame! I also like the outfits for the slimes. There's more to do than what I thought at a glace, when I fist got the game I thought the slimes would simply be a desktop decoration or bottom-of-the-screen game since I got it in a bundle with a bunch of those but there's a lot happening with that being one tiny aspect. generally speaking I really dislike the pov at the main area/base and how it functions. There's not much tutorial but if you're not well versed in slime games it all seems really random and it's easy to overdo the amount of slimes you have vs how many you can keep happy. There's items in my base that don't seem to have a function that i'd rather not have (bunch of giftboxes with no purpose??) and I kinda went in thinking we'd get to decorate where they live. It IS a cute game, don't get me wrong. And I plan to stay and hunt achievements as time goes on to see what development does to flesh it out and make it more intuitive. They keep updating a lot and it's getting better as it goes!
Really fun casual game. Dev has good taste in music artists and the games rare 2d-3d artstyle looks amazing. Customizing the slimes to be something cute n' crazy like lil racer axolotls, mangoes, nerd mice, and pancake ducks is a treat and really the main draw of the game! Longer explaination/nitpicks: The expeditions are a little bit bare at the moment so while the actual combat can get boring after just a few hours because of the same few enemies and the same 2 bosses, it has a lot of potential with dashes, double jumps and dual weapon wielding that makes it a lot more entertaining than the agonizingly boring arrow key and occasionally click on an upgrade gameplay that many vampire survivor-like games have. Also some slime ability stats are kind of useless and can be ignored. If a minigame was added like races from duck life or auto battles from monster rancher It might be good idea to use such statistics though it could add too much bloat to the game.
