Managing cargo, sorting packages, and sending them off- it’s the kind of relaxing gameplay that doesn’t demand much brainpower but can still be oddly satisfying. My Corp Cargo Simulator tries to deliver on that idea, but not quite in the way you might expect. Right from the start, you’re dropped straight into a warehouse with zero tutorial or guidance. That would be fine if the game at least hinted at what to do next- but instead, you’re immediately met with a line of impatient customers waiting to hand over their packages. The gameplay loop is simple: collect the package, weigh it, take the payment, and store it. After making a few on-foot deliveries, you’ll eventually unlock a bicycle to make things faster. Beyond that, the only other meaningful upgrade is a backpack, which lets you carry multiple packages at once. When you base a game around something like running a delivery business, the mechanics have to be engaging. You can’t just expect players to keep running between point A and point B collecting and dropping off packages and still stay entertained. There’s technically a “level” system that goes up every time you complete a delivery, but it doesn’t actually do anything. It just gives you a false sense of progression to mask how shallow the gameplay really is. Right now, My Corp Cargo Simulator feels completely barebones and in desperate need of more mechanics. And I’m not even talking about adding vehicles like cars or trucks- what it really needs are features like hiring employees, managing logistics, interacting with a larger and more dynamic map, or dealing with random events that spice things up. As it stands, it’s a major letdown. It genuinely felt like I was playing on the lowest possible settings, with blurry textures, no anti-aliasing, and a choppy framerate that constantly dipped. The worst part? There’s no settings menu to fix any of it. You’re just stuck with whatever the game decides to give you. And before anyone blames hardware—no, it’s not that. My system handles modern AAA games without breaking a sweat, so this shouldn’t have been a struggle at all. As for the audio… well, there’s not much to talk about. You’ll mostly hear birds chirping and a few ambient noises here and there. Honestly, you’re better off muting it and putting on your own playlist in the background.
