My Catgirl Maid Thinks She Runs the Place

the game is fine but I've been experiencing nothing short of the worst crash I've ever seen in a game. at first its a normal "not responding" message which weirded me out due to how light this game is and because i have a pretty decent pc too. but then where it gets really weird is when i get the small " not responding, close / wait to repond" and window clicking close app doesn't actually close it. i try going to the task manager to end task, only to find that the game had crashed my task manager too and now its not responding. i turned on windows 11s "end task in taskbar" feature to end task without having to use the task manager, that doesn't work either. i go to steam and try to stop the game from there, steam cant stop it either. i open up command prompt and manually type in a force stop command, tells me the game isnt even running (it clearly was). i try restating my whole pc, THE GAME WONT EVEN LET MY PC RESTART IT FREEZES ON THE "restating" SCREEN. i had to literally disconnect my pc from its cord to force a restart and that was the only way i could actually close the game. I've never had to deal with an application that fights back against being closed this hard. now I'm scared to reopen it since this happened several times. unless whatever bug is causing such a horrific crash to happen is fixed i cannot play this game.
