[h1]アーケード系が好きな人には良さそう[/h1] wave形式の全方向STG。左上のゲージはHPでもあり攻撃に使用するエネルギーでもある。敵を倒すと落とすので回収しながらやっていく感じ。右のゲージは特殊武器用で、敵がドロップする5種類ぐらいのやつを拾えば使用可能。WASDで移動してカーソルでその方向に撃つ。 昔っぽいずっとやり続けてハイスコアを目指すような感じだったので、好きな人は好きだと思う。 気になったのはほぼ無敵時間がほぼないっぽいこと。ある程度進むと敵の密度や耐久力が増して動き回ることになるが、敵の出現位置に重なるのが連続して死ぬ場合がある。

MONSTERS is fun. What you see in the trailer is what you get. If you enjoy a true 80's arcade feel in a pick-up and play arena shooter wrapping, then stop reading this review and spend ONE DOLLAR for this very fun score-chaser/twin-stick hidden gem. Look at it like this; if you play four times, that's one quarter per game of Monsters. Everything after that is PURE DIGITAL GRAVY. Very much worth playing. Enjoy!

I've played this game a lot more than my Steam profile lets on. It's an addictive little twin-stick shooter that provides ridiculously high enjoyment to price at 99 cents. The game drops you right into the action - no narrative, no permanent upgrades, etc. Just one wizard against the world with a variety of weapon patterns to pick up in game - some better, some worse. Highly recommended time filler - plays great on Steam Deck.

YES - enjoyable for some runs , easy 100% achievements , super cheap price and controller support NO - art is mediocre but you can play it on your electric toothbrush NEUTRAL - not that deep but for a budget game from 2016 I would say this is ok

The achievements do not work, one of them being behind a paywall that no longer exists. Dev claimed they were going to work on it but that was said 2 YEARS ago. A real shame as it was a fun little game.

Monsters is a wonderfully addictive twin stick shooter. While my hours may seem low, it was a good time sink for when I had no internet (yay outages). Highly recommend this game, please play it when you get a chance. It's deceptively simple, with a tight difficulty curve.
