Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin

Really fun game with a very smart battle system. I only wish the companions didn't attack randomly. You already have a lot to guess with your monster.

Navirou is hands down the most annoying character I've ever had the displeasure of encountering in a video game. He makes the already shallow and childish story of this game not just boring but downright unbearable. I enjoyed my limited time with the Stories 3 demo far more than this game so at least they improved, I would recommend playing that game instead.

The gameplay is a large improvement from the first one, without losing the core of how the game is played. The story I feel is a little generic but still enjoyable. The game also has a lot of fun post story content.

1+2合集一起买的，我只能说我玩了一两百款游戏，差评的一只手都能数过来，虽然但是，我要给物语2打差评。 凭心而论，相较于1代，很多地方有大幅度的优化，猜拳模式优化，搭档系统的增加都挺不错的，这点我要给好评。 但是！！！垃圾的剧情毁了一切，我甚至是早就耳闻“烈度传”的名声慕名而看的，结果第二章都没坚持下去。 Q：那你为什么不跳过主线剧情呢？A：全跳了，但是居然还能在等待跳过生效的剧情第一句话，支线剧情和任务描述里恶心你 Q：那跳过支线剧情呢？A：哈哈哈，怎么会有NPC头顶的气泡文字都能恶心你的游戏，我甚至只是路过这个地方！对了，还有某个硬是坐我龙的老太婆，给我滚啊，看到你就烦人！为什么不能和我李哥一起坐龙！！ 只能说除了我大剑侠李哥之外[strike]组长我喜欢你！ [/strike]，哪怕是一代的老角色都被祸害的不行，没一个人让我喜欢的，点名辱骂初始村、龙人村，这么喜欢烈度怎么不去陪他！某白毛龙人老太婆和垃圾火龙，两个废物有多远给我滚多远啊！！要不是没法放生，通关就给你永远赶走！PS：感谢指南，让我知道老太婆也是可以通关后就赶走的，谁要你陪着啊，我都担心你给我狗子和龙龙压坏了！！ 顺带一提，本作成就其实很肝！最难完成的是全基因图鉴收集，随机性太强，需要花费很多时间，网上也很难找到攻略，如果想全成就，前期最好多摸点草食龙，大部分鸟龙种，泡狐龙啥的，我后期满仓库的它们，赶都赶不完....共斗强制1倍速，实在是太慢了，通关后我开了叮的2.5倍速游戏，都刷了尽50个小时，可想而知难度，想刷的话还是很推荐共斗摸蛋的，比较快，顺带一提，迅龙家族是MVP，强烈推荐！

[b]This downvote is a neutral review and should be read with a neutral tone[/b] Basically took what was good about MHS1 and turned it into a clunkier, worse version of itself... I'm still enjoying myself but this recommendation is convincing people to spend money, and I won't be doing that for this game when MHS1 is just... better. What this is, is a decently solid game, so don't go in expecting it to be Elden Ring quality so much as TES: Skyrim quality. There are areas where work was clearly cut short to save time, and areas where more work was clearly put in than others. Basically, this is a game made by a project management team to make money, not to give gamers joy, and the flaws in that structure show across the board. 6/10, definitely could've been better, definitely should've been less clunky to do most things, no clue why you redid an entire control scheme that worked into something that makes very little sense but that's not important to me here. I'll be finishing this game later when I feel like stressing out over dozens of minor inconveniences is manageable again, since there don't seem to be any major game-breaking bugs yet. If what you've read here isn't enough to turn you away then I suspect you might enjoy this game. Your money is yours to spend. Ride On!
