MONSTER HUNTER RISE

out od the three "new gen" monster hunter games that are available right now MH Rise is probably my favourite, the wire bug mechanics add a lot of movement options, exploration is encouraged with you being able to get buffs mid hunt for doing so and the additional wire bug moves also add alot of options to every weapon. All the monsters both returning and new feel greate to fight thanks both how they are designed and the aforementioned unique mechanics this game has. the graphics can be off putting for some as it looks more like the older style games as it was made for the Nintendo switch originally but don't let that deter you, otherwise you would be missing out on one of the best MonHun games

- Almost 20 years since I played MH on PSP and the gameplay feels like it hasn't come that far. The graphics & map size has. But the gameplay, controls & movement still is very clunky, the dinosaurs & animals still move like animatronic robots. If you are using a bowgun the UI still is mostly the same and crafting ammo is a nightmare, you can only hold a very limited amount of ammo, so when it runs out you will have to bring the materials to craft more mid fight. - Not all keys can be used in keybinds for this game
