Rapidly declining and constantly asking for feedback yet you make no changes. In my previous review, I highlighted issues with Scopely constantly asking for feedback and when you provide said feedback all you get in return is gaslighting. Feedback #1 had to do with how impossible it is to complete partner challenges if you’re not going to spend money and they replied back and gaslit me on how it’s completely possible to do - really? Because I JUST finished the tower event in question and carried THREE out of FOUR towers on my own and STILL fell short even with spending every currency I had available to me to try to finish it. Tower 1: I contributed 64.4k; they contributed 15.5k Tower 2: I contributed 45.3K; they contributed 35K Tower 3: I contributed 51.5k; they contributed 28.6k Tower 4: I contributed 38.7k; they contributed 9.6k; we missed completing this tower by 31.6k. Said differently you needed ~320k to complete this challenge. They ran a similar challenge after this and the script flipped and every time I would spin the wheel I would get such low points the people I partnered with ended up carrying three out of 4 of the towers even though I was playing on a 3x/5x multiplier. In the last race my team would average around 5,000-6,000 points per race. Every other team would average over 30,000. I submitted Feedback #2 saying whatever algorithm you’re using to decide these team races is broken. Again, you receive a response saying they go thru a lot to make sure all the races are fair - again what’s on paper (their response) is far from the reality on the screen. In this latest race (Feedback #3) - one user has TWO accounts - literally same username with one minor variance on one, and same picture. And I’m watching them play one account and when that account has exhausted its flags you see the other account start playing literally right after. Again support says ohhh that’s not allowed and we go thru so much to ensure game fairness and I’m like really because I’m watching this in real time. I say fairness would be instantly banning and blocking them from the race (mind you they’re tied for second) and he replies ohh it’s a process to ensure fairness we investigate thoroughly and on and on. So basically they can cheat, win, get prizes on BOTH accounts and then they MIGHT get banned but don’t hold you breath. Feedback #4 was after completing a bank of monopoly and starting a new board and landing on the prize wheel. Why are the rewards such trash? It’s like they’ve copied many of the aspects of gambling but when you’re gambling usually the bonus round has much better rewards than a standard game yet in bank of monopoly the dice prizes are 40, 125, 175 and 250. These are junk amounts that you easily get thru regular game play. There’s nothing bonus about this. Additionally they have games like Fortune Flip where you pick cards and there’s always detractors - why can’t people design games where you have fun and win - maybe not every win is a jackpot but it’s this attitude of gaslighting and then you’re purposely designing things like +25, -25; divide by two; etc etc but you’re also trying to push this narrative that it’s easy and reasonable for any person to enjoy themselves and the experience you’re delivering is far from that. I’ve also noticed every new album more and more of my friends are shelving this game. If you know where to look you might be surprised to see how many people aren’t playing anymore. And if the devs aren’t going to change anything that makes sense - you either have to devote a massive amount of time or money to make any meaningful progress. Feedback #5 was on stickers. It’s gotten to the point now where sticker packs come up on the screen I just tap to get thru the next screens cus 95% or the time it’s junk you already have and what’s wild is when someone is playing in your face and again gaslighting you about it - I’ve had THREE times that I’ve been able to cash in stickers for a dice exchange - that’s 750 DUPLICATE CARDS. Let that sink in. And it would be different if the sell back was worth anything but a measly 250 dice is like 5 minutes of game play if that. They should try doubling all these across the board - bank of monopoly, exchange payouts, prize wheel etc. The more you play this game the more apparent it will become to you that this is really just a money grab. Advertise it as free. Everything has insanely low odds at getting anything meaningful but when you complain they respond with gaslighting, scripts about how things SHOULD be even though you’re clearly seeing how things ARE and if you’re silly enough to actually spend money on this there’s only more manipulation to get you to keep reaching for your wallets. When I complained about the shoddy rewards or how many times I run around the board landing on spots that literally have nothing on them they’re quick to whine about random number generators - you know who else uses random number generators for results? CASINOS. Read between the lines. Feedback #6 (this is new today); stop replying with scripts and gaslighting both on the app support and in your response to people - it’s not a good look and if you actually wanted to implement changes you have every ability to do so - but the fact that things stay the same or get worse - that’s you actively choosing NOT to address any of your players complaints and that’s going to be what does this game in over time. It’s going to hit people one day and hopefully you weren’t foolish enough to give these people you’re money and that’s exactly what it is - one you spend once the game is designed to increase your spend with every new purchase. All of a sudden you’re looking at less dice for more money. And this is coming from someone that’s never spent a dime in this game but I’m also wise enough to learn from others on different socials when they post videos and screenshots of this in action.

Really Fun But,……. This game is a lot of fun but, I’ve been playing everyday for over 2 months now, and I cannot ever complete the sticker set. This leads me to believe that only people who make a lot of purchases will be able to do it.

App error Since the last iOS update, the app has been having issues when trying to open it. It shows the message: "Error, you must restart the app to fix it". This message keeps appearing constantly and does not allow access to enjoy this great game.

Dice sucker I’ve enjoyed the game until here lately. The quick wins have become dice suckers just like today I had to uses 1440 dice on one quick win. Thinking about just quitting the game after the simpsons.

Used to be fun Everything is stacked against you unless you open up your wallet, they have a side game on here called cash grab, very appropriate for what this game has become.
