You wanted to congratulate the king on his birthday and presented him a fabulous pudding. You have never seen such a happy king, his happiness knew no bounds. Everyone had fun! But at the most solemn moment, the pudding gave an angry cry: "AAAAA".

As it is now, the game isn't bad but just not that fun in my opinion. It's one thing to not have music during the gameplay, but it feels really weird watching the beginning cutscene without any sound whatsoever. The "plot" is the bare minimum. An evil flan showed up to kill the king, I guess. Except the enemies don't even look like flan. Attacks happen automatically based on your location. It felt weird to me at first not being able to press a button to attack, but the thing that annoyed me about this is that you can sometimes be next to an enemy and not get attacked but then get attacked other times. I think it depends on the enemy's level, where you are attacked only if they are higher than you. The only strategy for the game is deciding which items to purchase since you can't proceed without increasing your strength through items. It's an interesting concept, but there are so many items and they are expensive which I personally found frustrating. Besides the annoyance of not being able to buy everything, the items remain on the ground and if you walk over them it keeps asking you if you want to purchase it. I like that you can change your mind after your initial choice, but it's annoying to have to answer repeatedly if you are going from one sword to another to check if the prices match, as I did. When you go to the second floor, you are immediately in the line of attack with an overpowered enemy and have to maneuver around it or else you die instantly. The game does allow you to retry a certain number of times before you get a game over. There may be an option to save, but I did not see it. After the second floor, it says the tutorial is over and you have to restart at the beginning. You loose all of the items and your level, but you do get to choose one item to take with you. The game seemed to be a bit glitched because my level bonus still seemed to be active even though it didn't appear to be. When you level up you get to choose what ability you want to increase. I chose to gain money each time I killed an enemy so that I could buy more items. When it reloaded I was earning money, but when I leveled up again, it showed that the skill was at zero. I then reached the end of the second floor again. I didn't buy items because I was trying to figure out which ones to buy and ended up getting stuck by an overpowered enemy which gave me a game over. I don't know how much more there is to the game, but I really didn't feel like restarting from the beginning again.

Took me a few runs to figured out what builds were worth pursuing, but I finally figured it out in the end. Definitely worth a try if you a fan of fast paced dungeon crawler/rouge-lite games. Be prepared to fail a few times before you get a better grasp of what is going on. The game is designed to force the player to make multiple runs until enough "pre-dive" items are unlocked. 100% worth the free price tag, and I can't wait for the full version to come out! P.S.: There is no sound in this early alpha build, so don't freak out when it starts without it.
A Maid Searching for Unemployment
Roguelike, Top Down, Turnbased, RPG where you play as a woman of a job of questionable employment? Am I talking about little known but cult classic Atlus original Izuna: Legend of the Unemployed Ninja? Is that a Deep cut? No. Yes. Hi everyone, Danny Davito here to explain to you what took me 8.8 hours to complete, and left me wanting more. If you were guessing your Mom, you'd only be half right. This game does not have as much N U T capability as Izuna did; And that's why in this TED Talk I won't be telling you that this game is a perfect 10/Izuna. Instead it's a 7.5(Like my ♥♥♥♥)/Izuna simply unpolished and shorter than I'd want it to be, but not enough of an issue to do or say anything about it. And not that length takes away from an enjoyable experience. Just leaves you wanting more.
Izuna Kill Your Boss Simulator
This game has no written story or spoken NPC dialogue. But the storytelling is very obvious, and seeing as I am a hard core Dark Souls Fan, and know how good story telling can be hidden and uncovered. I will tell you the story now. Spoilers ahead:
John Izuna the Legend of the Currently Employed Maid, or Mistress of Maids: First Castle as it's shortened to; Is a story all to familiar to the American public. John Izuna is employed currently as a maid by some gelatinous monstrosity. Whom like all rich billionaire CEO's, does not allow his workers to unionize, have fair wages, have a living wage, share similar wages, talk about their wages, go to the bathroom, see their kids, enjoy their life, or anything. Just glorified slavery. And as Lowtiergod says, and just like you should do. "YOU SHOULD KILL YOUR" BOSS "NOW". And we get to join in the journey of John Izuna, as you coup and unionize all at the same time, going from employed, to fired, to owning a co-op all in one game. It's a great game that shows how good of an ending would be if we overthrew our corporate overlords, and the importance of extrajudicial murder.
Thanks YDKR.
One Last Thing
I want to clarify that I wasn't saying my ♥♥♥♥ is huge, just average. Thanks. This has been my, Danny Davito's TED Talk
Игра "Mistress of Maids: First Castle" - это достаточно занимательная визуальная новелла с элементами симулятора.
