"Minute" is another student project from Digipen, and this time I think the students passed the course. The game does miss some of the absolute must haves like customisable resolution, unfortunately, but if you can get it to work, this 3D platformer has decent graphics and gameplay. I guess we can overlook the inconvenience of locked resolution and controls given you're getting a reasonable enough experience for free. The graphics in this game are really quite good, which at least makes the game look more appealing. And while it's vital for any game to have impressive visuals (gaming is a visual medium, after all), there's more to a game than just the graphics. Not every "free" game really is. There's often MTX, or content locked behind DLC, or donations being requested, or any other number of things that could mislead gamers, but in this case I'm glad to say this really does appear to be a fully free game. Nothing demonstrates a developers belief in themselves and their work than giving it away without any remuneration. This is a service to themselves, and the gaming industry, and should be applauded. I hope the students have gone on to developing AAA games as this shows they have the talent for it.

it is a very cute game, but there are a few things that bothered me. One the audio was like oddly crunchy and was just very weird to me. Two when i got to the end and got the check point it would put me back at different check points when i would die. Other than that, i do think its worth playing, its cute and fun!
It was fun but a bit janky

Meh tbh, I was bored after 10 minutes but just forced myself to finish. I just can't give negative review for a free student project game that works bug free and gotta give art team a high five but camera positioning was horrible to a point static objects limited player sight far too often. Still I would say play it just don't expect it to be too fun. A little bit soulless and it might be a lack of music I just can't 100% tell why.
Its a very fun student game!
Good game, worth a try
