great depiction of social anxiety and its insidiousness
Great game. Reminds me a lot about a time I had to deal with a lot of those thoughts. I really enjoyed it!

While I enjoy the art & story, I feel as though the romantic ending with Kalei was lacking & there were a few choices that were unneeded.
Kalie is the type of boyfriend I'd want
mind the content warnings! and for the love of god, don't romance geist. just play for kalei man. he's so sweet.
Eu gostei bastante, fez me lembrar o quanto eu progredi na minha vida na área emocional e me emocionei jogando, bom demais
Personally this entire game was just My Life: The Visual Novel LMAO growing up, i was exactly like the MC, with a tulpa of my own feeding me all sorts of bad thoughts exactly the way Geist does it in the game. This game gave me chills, it made me tear up, and it felt incredibly realistic coming from someone who experienced 100% of what happens in it in real life. The self-depreciative talks, the 'everyone hates you but i love you' manipulation tactic Geist pulls, the 'i'll just ruin everything so why bother try?'. Everything was perfect to describe the sense of dread someone like that experiences on their day-to-day. It was bittersweet playing this, and I can't lie some scenes triggered some trauma by how realistic/relatable some dialogue was. The voice acting for Geist (and Kalei too) was incredible, he nailed the chilly and fake-comforting tone someone like him should have. Honestly, despite being a short game with only 2 endings I believe (between the two 'love' interests), it was well written and enjoyable. The voice acting was a much welcomed bonus. Overall, I think if someone ever wants to experience what having crippling anxiety and self-doubt is like, play this game. It will give you a different perspective. That's how most of my middle school and high school years were like down to a t. Chilling!
glad I don't completely relate to the protagonist, but the parts I did relate to really got me thinking :/
