My return to playing AVNs was a bit of a dud with the a Unity based slop about MILFS that wasn't actually about MILFS. Now on my 2nd attempt, can Milfy City redeem the good name of MILFs everywhere? Let's get into in.
Character Models.
Almost any other design engine is going to look good after a Unity playthrough. MILFY City's character designs remind me more of Lustyverse or College Kings. The characters are not the most realistic looking models. They definitely have that very soft almost plastic like look when seen at a distance and even facial closeups. Where the graphics do shine is the close up during love scenes. Flesh looks very detailed and realistic with beauty marks, stretch marks, freckles, dimples, veins and other blemishes. I even appreciated the fair amount of blush that would appear on body parts such as knees and shins during oral. Very nice touch. You have a very diverse roster of body types. My count may be off but I believe there is 12 to 13 different girls in the game to experience. Some of them double up so it's closer to 10 different story experiences if that makes sense. As per the title there are many older attractive women to court from your landlady, tenant neighbor, college professor, psychologist, and a few lesbian couples to really make this a fantasy. If your more into the younger crowd, there are plenty of college girls from ♥♥♥♥♥♥ swim team captains to your gamer friend and her NTR obsessed bestie. Body types are as varied as the characters, whether you like tall, thick and curvy or thin and wiry with perk but conservative busts. Everyone skews Caucasian or Asian tones. That's my way of saying don't expect any black or dark skinned characters, so if that's one of your things, you might be disappointed. Hair is hair. It doesn't flow or move during sex so meh. Now for one of my big negatives. The MC. Your avatar. I swear if it wasn't for the fact this is filled with curvy sex starved females, I would think this was made by a 35 year old Asian housewife. Your MC is short, thin, looks like a junior in high school and has a Justin Beiber haircut from the early 2000s. His enormous dong is so out of proportion with the rest of him you wonder how he finds pants that fit. He's one of the most awkward looking dorky K-POP wannabe MCs I have ever seen in one of these games.
Love/Lewd Scenes
I hope you are a fan of outercourse because this game seems obsessed with it. While yes, penetration intercourse can be found and there is plenty of it, it's the other body parts that get a ton of focus. Boob jobs, thigh jobs, blow jobs, butt jobs and...foot jobs. By the Maker, THERE. ARE. SO . MANY. FOOT. JOB. SCENES. IN. THIS. GAME. As for actual intercourse, when it does happen, you have your nice standard selection of positions like missionary, standing, cowgirl, reverse cowgirl, doggy, 3 ways, anal, etc. There are some slight BDSM elements and one very specific scene that could be taken as non-consensual. Your opinion is your own but I thought I'd give it a slight warning just in case. That aside, the game takes a while to get going as far as sex goes. Depending on who you choose to romance at a time you have to go through quite a bit of story before it leads to anything physical. The animations are very well done. While it does fall into the glorified GIF scenario more times than not with just one animation over and over at the least it's well done. Flesh contact is very detailed and realistic with butts and boobs bouncing, swaying and condensing against pressure in satisfying visuals. Even the movement of pubic areas during penetration and oral scenes are far more detailed then they probably needed to be, but again, appreciate the effort. The scenes tend to also be a good length with the more dramatic ones giving 2 or 3 positions at a time. There is no voice work in the game but the written dirty talk isn't bad if you have a good imagination. Once you get past the image of the tiny male banging the tall, curvaceous amazons it's a good time. On a personal note, the 3-way with the landlady and psychologist was one of the best ones I have seen in an AVN.
Story and Presentation
There really isn't an overarching story like you would find in something like Come Home with a definitive ending. It's more like a bunch of scenarios that interconnect at various points. Some storylines need to be progressed a certain amount to unlock or progress other stories. As such when you have completed all the available routes, the game is now just there. Like I said there is no real ending. You just keep going day by day, visiting the various characters for bits of dialogue or the same lewd scenes over and over. The writing is not amazing and this really effects the MC as much as his appearance. One story, he's a bumbling moron who can't string a sentence together and the next storyline he's spewing Freudian level psycho analysis. One minute he's confident, the next he's a joke. It's tonal whiplash. As for the scenarios themselves, they are pretty standard soap opera stuff. Cheating spouses, corrupt school teachers, corporate espionage, neighborhood manipulation and backstabbing best friends. They work for what they are, but don't expect high art.
As for the presentation, the UI takes some getting use to. It's a little busier than I would like, but once you get use to it you can tune it out to focus on the playthrough. The world is very colorful and bright. There are many locations to unlock, though they themselves are not mind blowing in detail and many are only used for one scene before they lose any interest. You can still go there, but there is no reason to do so. The dialogue box is one of the better ones. It's very clear and easy to read even at a distance if your playing on your TV and sitting on a couch or bed instead of a computer desk setup. Sound is meh. As I said there is no voice work The score annoyed me early on so I muted it. There is some minor sound effect like spanks and slaps. I didn't notice any major technical issues like bugs. I think I saw one or two grammatical errors, but nothing that ruined the immersion like full blown missing or untranslated dialogue boxes.
Gameplay
Quite a bit. As I said earlier, in order to progress through all the scenarios you have to progress through others. While most of them end at the same place regardless, there are choices to be made that will have minor effects on the story. These "major" choices are usually highlighted in red and green, but don't get caught in the trap of thinking red is bad and green is good 100%. From my experience in this playthrough, the morally right choice may not be the best story progression choice if you get my meaning. The game is also filled with mini games and most are annoying at worst, forgettable at best. There is a gallery on the PC in the MCs room where you can play a couple of puzzle games to earn money and rewatch the scenes you've unlocked via a gallery. Quick tip, if you are devoted to completing the game I recommend using the games on the PC to build up at least 3 grand in in-game savings. Money plays a big part in a few key scenarios and it's better to have it all ready and in hand then interrupting the flow of the game to go earn it later. There is also a bit of an Easter egg hunt to find dozens of hidden even cards in various locations and rooms across the game. All these give some decent replay value.
Final Thoughts
Aside from the two main issues I had, the MCs appearance and the inconsistent writing, I had a good time with this. While the UI took some getting use to and it felt slow at the beginning, once the relationships revved up I really had an above average experience. It's not something I would replay immediately, I will be going back to relive some of the more memorable scenes, lewd or otherwise. Recommended normally and highly recommended if on sale.
