Ad removal issues I paid to remove ads and all I get these days is a reminder that I need to pay for the “premium” plan to remove ads! What gives? I paid to remove the ads already! Apple has confirmed this. I’m not the one this is happening to. Is Microsoft doing anything about it? No! They are too busy working on other things than to keep customers happy.

Why am I seeing ads? I’ve been a premium subscriber for a long time and suddenly I am seeing ads and getting invitations to upgrade to premium. What’s going on?

Ridiculous subscription price This app is a decade old at least and, although updated, is not worth $2 a month or $10 a year. It’s a bit better for some games than free individual solitaire apps but not enough. So, the ads are crazy long and even if you mute them, they come up loudly the next time. Very disappointing

Great free app horrible paid app I have paid for this app for many years with great success. Last year during my paid subscription the app started requiring me to watch videos, like the free app. No amount of updating or “restoring purchase” would get rid of these ads. I stupidly renewed my paid subscription in the hope this would get rid of the ads. It did not. So actually a very good app with horrible administration. I tried to get help but never received any response. They’ll take our money but don’t deliver what you pay.

Still love this game Even playing on iPad this app is great. The ads are super short and not annoying, which is fine by me cause all the others claim no ads & they have a ton & they are annoying. I can play all the solitaire games I love in one app!

Cards I really like this original solitaire

Really sick of this game not remembering that I’ve subscribed to premium. Every time I boot the app up now I have to wait 40 seconds or else I get an ad that I paid to not see anymore. This is really frustrating because I just wanna play and I thought I was paying to do just that, but I still get ads despite going ad free. Seriously debating whether or not I’m gonna renew when my subscriptions up

I’ve paid for years I’ve paid for a subscription for years so I wouldn’t have to deal with ads. WHY AM I NOW SEEING ADS? I pay $$$????!!!! I’ve reached out to MS but haven’t gotten a reply. I’m going to CANCEL my subscription. Why pay if I’m going to get subjected to ads regardless.

Asked to renew premium when already renewed My subscription automatically renewed on February 16, 2026. However, I keep getting reminders to renew my subscription. I checked my account and it says that next renewal is February 16, 2027. I also sometimes get ads if I click on a game too quickly.

Tracking I like the challenge of the game but not going to spend the amount PER MONTH (ridiculous) to play and get rid of ads. It is highway robbery as the ads I see are obviously phishing my tablet to see what I say to other people, other apps I use and what I buy & using that to send me ads. This needs to stop.
