Finally unshackled from the PS3. I bought a PS3 just for this game and it did not disappoint. Long time Metal Gear fan, it's been a wild ride getting to play through this again on current hardware.

kept us waiting huh yh i mean i have been waiting 18 years to play this as i never had a ps3 only a 360 and man is it good. yh we get long ass cutscenes that gameplay tho makes me wish we got online however thanks to the guys over a save mgo they got it back up.

Easily the best entry, at least story wise. MGS4 is THE video game movie, and just like old Snake it's only gotten better with time. There's a bit of stuttering during a couple cutscenes but otherwise it looks great and plays amazing on K&M, and I didn't have to mod it to make it playable.

This game was my childhood crazy to play it again. Funny how Konami can't make Metal Gear without Kojima so they can only remaster his work

I played this back on ps3 in 2008 when it came out, loved then and still do, i am glad they released on pc and consoles too. I got on ps5 because i am hardcore mgs fan, its nice to play on my laptop, gaming pc, steamdeck, and ally x rog

I encountered absolutely no problems with this release, runs perfectly. Amazing game 10/10, amazing story 10/10, amazing gameplay 10/10, amazing graphics 10/10. Resell this game and i would buy it again without a doubt. Second best game in the series, just a little worse than MGS2; the only things i didnt like were overly sexualized characters and some parts of the story feeling too sudden and rushed.
