Oh God i was waiting for a game like this all my life
Like the direction this game is going in. It's improved a lot since release and more to come, I want more guns
Отличная пошаговая стратегия с приятной графикой и не сложными механиками
An excellent tactics game and easily the game I am most excited for being finished.
The game is still being developed, but its being developed consistently and the changes are often additive rather than reductive. Honestly enjoyed the demo, have since enjoyed the game, and whenever a new update rolls out, I am just as excited as the last time I booted up the game. If you like battle brothers, you are probably going to like this game too.
This game is really fun for what it is. Especially being early access. Frequent updates, a fun rewarding gameplay loop. A game i highly suggest to anyone whos interested. Easy to grasp, yet technical and strategic. The game has a few issues to work out for balance and what not. But being an early access game with frequent updates a community with solid feedback and developers with passion for the game their making purs this game high on my list.
Similar to XCOM, but quite unique with its take on squad based combat and unique squad leaders, rather than procedurally generated generic units. Strongly recommended for anyone who liked those kinds of games.
Fun turn based game that is continuously updated.
Deeply satisfying storytelling engine and tactics, will expand on as it updates but attentive and loving devs clearly want to make a good game.
MENACE is a turn-based tactical RPG of the highest quality. The bread and butter is this game is building a combined-arms force structure from scratch by taking missions for local forces to slowly build up your arsenal. Campaigns start off with extremely limited equipment, like basic rifles and maybe an APC, but by the late game you will have access to combat walkers, laser rifles, air support, and long-range ATGMs with top-attack. The supply system forces you to make tough decisions about you equipment, allowing you unlimited flexibility to make a single super-squad or spread it out so the whole team has some decent kit. Do we want 6 squads? 4 squads and a tank? Or maybe we Mad Max a bunch of trucks into technicals with autocannons and throw that at them? Your call, you just have to assemble the pieces. Squad leaders all have their unique skill trees, unique interactions, and are unlocked randomly beyond your starting squad ensuring a different experience on repeat playthroughs. Development has been rapid with a substantial update coming about once a month reworking things like factions, progression systems, and terrain generation. Cannot sing the praises of MENACE enough; this is an excellent entry into the genre and I am extremely keen to see what Overhype has in store for it's future. Service is always an act of valor!
