About
Medieval Merchant is a medieval game of commerce and trade where small villages depend on you to grow. Buy and sell goods, supply towns with what they lack, and watch them develop and thrive. Use the supply-demand based economy to your advantage to make these local lands flourish build your own prosperity in the process.
Key features
Town growth through trade
Each town has its own resources, production chains, shortages and demands. Supplying what they need unlocks upgrades, new goods and lets you tap into higher-value markets. Build your trade network over time by developing more and more towns.
A dynamic economy system
Prices in the supply-demand based economy fluctuate with shifting world conditions. Temporary events, regional trends and other economic pressures can raise or lower the value of your goods, creating new opportunities or disrupting established routes. Plan your journeys, adapt to changing circumstances and take advantage of openings in the market.
Upgradable Caravan and Retinue
Grow your caravan as you travel and trade. Improve carrying capacity, speed and efficiency, and recruit specialists who add bonuses to your journeys. A stronger retinue lets you take on longer routes, handle more goods and adapt to the challenges of a growing trade network.

Honestly a good game just a little bare bones. More features would be nice. Maybe you can negotiate with the towns for better prices or a random event happens that you can decide how to deal with. Maybe even rival merchants would be cool.
Pretty cool trading game!
Fun little game. There is a lot of potential here if done right. Just needs some QoL improvements and an upgrade to the progression & random world events to get this going.

Extremely simple economic game with very little depth at all. But it's free. Lack of any music at all is weird though. Reminds me of good old browser games.
this is a very small demo and is ofc very limited, but honestly i've been so obsessed with it lol. I replayed it a few times already and is a ton of fun, i look forward to see where the game goes!!!!!!
Great game to just relax and trade. Im hoping for new content soon.
A promising little game. Sometimes all you want is to roll around in a giant head, err, caravan, and buy low and sell higher and satisfy the needs of a poor little town that needs nothing more than 15 seashells for its happiness.
cozy trading game with some satisfying mechanics
I like it!
