I saw quite a lot of negative reviews, so I decided to post a positive one. Now, I've never played the other game everyone is talking about (Professor Layton) so I can judge on what is in this game without prejudice. The puzzles are ok, except for the rythm puzzles, which I've never even been able to win once. I don't know what I do wrong, but they are really annoying. I will admit I skip all the text, because I don't care about the story. Overall, I would give this game a 7/10.
We have Professor Layton at home!
This game is bad. It attempts to emulate Professor Layton series and its style of gameplay, but falls up short in almost every aspect. Story is bland, puzzles go from slight thought to "I need to have graduated from high school to answer this math problem" hard. A few of them are just hard math, no "puzzle" aspect at all. The voice acting in the few cutscenes feels bland and forced. The character's "animations" are barely animations at all. Disappointed. At least they had a good variety. RATING: 4/10. Pick up the Professor Layton series for a good puzzle game.

This game runs at 2000+ fps, causing animations to become very, very stuttery somehow, like they were playing at 1 fps. The resolution in fullscreen is smaller than my 1280x1024 screen and cannot be changed. Vsync is also not an option. It's borderline unplayable, and having the game in focus causes coil whine.
Gli sviluppatori hanno rimosso il supporto dalla versione steam, che è incompatibile con la risoluzione 1080p e nel mio caso ha freezato il sistema costringendomi a riavviare. Da non acquistare né installare!
Tags: Adventure - WC - Hidden Object Additional Tags: Delete Local Content & Remove from Library TLDR: Poor puzzle design From having to read a ton of fluff text, to having to deal with annoying timing based minigames with dubious controls, this game tries hard to come up with new and different ways to provide fair and accessible progression obstacles. In my estimation, the effort was in vain. The result is a strange mixture of tedium and jadedness. Needless to say the child friendly narrative and protagonist did little to rekindle my interest either. I also faced a strange issue where text would not appear in boxes when entered, most likely some bug. Removed for declutter.
A lot of puzzles, some of them are easy, some a bit harder. Sometimes hints are useless. The game has really fun story and good sense of humour.
Game is very simplistic as if it was meant to be played by children. I see what the other reviewers are complaining about with the resolution problem. I run 1440p so it put a small windowed mode in the upper left corner of my main monitor, but it kept messing with all the windows I had open (rescaling them and moving them around to the other monitor). Then it suddenly went into full screen mode and locked off my second monitor. I was able to play it in windowed mode, but became bored after like 5 minutes so I am uninstalling and not recommending anyone purchase this game.
Das Spiel akteptiert nicht alle möglichen Lösungen und bei Legespielen versagt die Positionierung der Elemente sehr oft daher unspielbar. The game does not accept all sorts of solutions, and in gameplay the positioning of the elements often fails, so it is unplayable.
