Beware! Scam ads (and Lots) of them! Extremely annoying ads. Not interested? Click the X. Still not interested? Click the X again. That opens your browser and takes you to a website! Some are even scams. (Search the names of the companies, most have fraudulent addresses!) I don’t mind a short ad in between levels, but NO means NO! I’ll be finding a different Mahjong game!

Deleted I have been playing this game for a couple years now and really love it. Maybe too much because I don’t get anything done! However, I was playing it a couple days ago and not only did it kick me out of the app but it deleted my account. I tried to go back into the app and it treated me like I was new. I tried to restore my purchases thinking that would reset everything. All it did was tell me that I had no internet. I’ve emailed support twice and haven’t heard a word. I hope someone looks into this.

Disappointing I have been playing this game for several years now and all of the sudden now it has completely stopped working. Says I’m not connected to internet but also says could be on their end. But so far they haven’t fixed anything so I’m probably gonna delete it

Won’t fully work I’ve been playing for a few years and suddenly for the last few days their servers are down and we can’t make any purchases, play in tournaments, etc. My internet connection is fine so it’s their servers as the message indicates. I’ve reached out to support with no response. This may have to do with the latest iOS update but I can’t be sure. Disappointing.

App not connecting to internet I really enjoyed this game. However almost a week ago, it said it could not connect to the internet- either it’s a problem on my side or the server side. I deleted the app and lost all of my data because I couldn’t even log in to try and save it. I don’t know what’s going on but I hope the servers get fixed soon. I enjoyed the added features when it worked properly connecting to the internet. I will update my stats when this issue is resolved.

Can not play game It’s been 5 days either way the message coming up in part of the game no internet connection. All other apps work with my internet Xfinity. Xfinity says it is not them it is gamovation. Tried to contact the customer service link in game, tried direct contact numerous times on web page, emailed the founder all attempts failed to get any response from any attempt. My advice is to avoid this game and developer.

Not anymore Played this game for a long time. Then one day it wouldn’t connect to the internet. I rebooted my IPad repeatedly. Everything else on my IPad was connected, just not this app. I tried rebooting the app and I lost everything. I can’t sign in, nothing. It still says it has no internet and it’s three days later. I’ve contacted support several times, no response whatsoever. It was fun while it worked, but now I’ve lost tens of thousands of points and all my rewards and everything else. Not willing to start over again, I’m seriously unhappy.

Love the game and tournaments The major problem with this app is that their servers are constantly down and you have no internet to compete or communicate with your teammates. Which is the whole point of playing this game. The last 3 days we have only had internet from their servers for about 3 hours. TERRIBLE !!! Lost about 1,489,000 wisdom and 1,300,000 gold, all my rewards and status and the team i supported. Please fix and return all that was lost, including our great team !! 9/16/26

Not working properly Every time I try to do something it keeps saying there’s no internet. I have great internet and restarted my phone twice.

Poor support response It’s been 24hrs since I reported a problem with Zen event…everything else is working fine. Now the tournament is not accessible. I have yet to ever receive a response to any issues I’ve reported. I hope a poor review might generate a fix.
