Keeps Crashing We’ve played this game for awhile and didn’t start having issues until a few weeks ago. Now it keeps crashing and wiping out all my gains and have to start over and over again. It just freezes and dies. It’s ANNOYING.

Ads ads and more ads - more ads than gameplay The amount of ads is absolutely ridiculous. I understand that getting something for free you’re going to have to sacrifice a little but holy cow it’s infuriating. I would play this game more if not for that. I like the game itself but the amount of ads make it almost unplayable. As soon as you open the app you are bombarded with 10 different things to buy, as soon as you finish a level, and/or attempt a level you get another advertisement you have to close out of 3 or 4 different times and the X is so small you inadvertently click the ad itself and get redirected to a page you never meant to go to in the first place. It’s almost like they don’t want you to play the game. It is so so frustrating I’ve contemplated not playing it at all but if you could fix this or cut them even in half it would be more doable. If you don’t plan to spend any money just be prepared to spend the majority of your time in this app watching ads, mostly about games that have no ads, isn’t that ironic.

This game was really fun UNTIL I played this game everyday. It’s the only mahjong game I’ve ever really enjoyed, but I had to delete it because after a very high level, I just couldn’t move forward no matter how many times I tried. Shame because it was a great game.

Offensive ads I am a long time player of this game which I love. But recently you have started advertising games that involve killing and shooting. With the state of gun violence right now we don’t need to glorify killing and shooting! Please remove those ads.

ads I don’t have much new to add that other players haven’t covered years ago. Nothing has changed. Too many long ads, if I don’t want the offer the first time, chances are I’m not going to want it the next dozen times. But when the ad interferes with the game, such as it won’t go away, it’s ridiculous. I really like the game and have put up with a lot, but it’s a game. Some people are actually employed to take care of problems, where are they? I’d love to enjoy this game again. Unless you enjoy being aggravated or having a game play against you or having the creators want nothing more than money, stay away from this game.

Charges more than advertised They charged me twice 25.99 for something 6.99. They also charged me 18.97 for something 2.99

Mahjong I have played since the beginning even passing the hardest eventually. But in the last 6 months I can pass only after two or three weeks playing every day. Am now in Istanbul-level 902 and have been trying to pass for nearly two months! I am out of money and boosts, as a senior citizen I am also not spending real money. I have always had 20 or 30 boosts of each kind, now I have one game bomb. It used to be possible to go back to other cities and collect ‘the stuff’ you missed when you passed, now it (the game) just says available in Istanbul and doesn’t work in those cities and I don’t see that it has added ‘stuff’ in Istanbul. I am looking for a better Mahjong, wonder what the player above has found. You must be losing many players at this point in time. REALLY liked this game.
