Ludus Deceptor

Ludus Deceptor is a dark roguelike card game where every run feels unique, and every card can lead to victory, a curse, or a new powerful combination.

You begin your journey in a prison dungeon, sitting at a table across from your cellmate. What starts as a simple card game slowly turns into a struggle for every coin — and from a single coin, the path may lead all the way to the crown. From filthy cells and prison guards to luxurious castle halls and the royal reception chamber, every new opponent plays by their own rules.

Build five-card combinations, strengthen your hand with bonuses, take risks for rare rewards, and decide when to choose the safer Treasure Deck — or when to draw from the Cursed Deck, filled with more dangerous but more powerful effects. Victory depends not only on luck, but also on reading the situation, creating strong combinations, upgrading cards with items, and empowering your hand with seals, stamps, and various archives.
