Love of Magic Book 3: The Return

Lovely, complex end to the trilogy. I was very late to the LoM party, but I'm absolutely delighted that I finally arrived. Highly recommended.

I just started to play Part 3 - I like soundtrack so much. Creators are METALHEADS, for sure Music rocks like heaven, Ozzy, Lemmy, Jim - we are here. Gime whiskey and "X", I wil deal with the rest ....................................................................................................................................... I was kinda affraid the story will be just back up of Part 2, but it is fortunatelly great. The plot with all twists is carefully and cleverly made with surpricing changes and final. I was so curious to find out how parallel realities will be blanded - superb solution. Graphic and artistry is just astonishing and it is for sure one of the best, if not the best, Fantasy RPG AVN. I like it a lot including the end - definitelly time for re-playing. The length of single play-through (20+ h) is great, I noticed at least one song from Being a ♥♥♥ (most of songs fit perfectly and are great to listen even without game) and also lovely LAVA Restaurant is known from other AVN. And all lewd scenes and animations are hot, sensitive and mostly even romantic, wild. Like it

Finally finished this entire series. It is positively amazing and one of the most well written stories I have come across. I love everything about it and I can't wait to see more from this dev.

The first book had flaws but won me over. The second book I pushed through. The third book, I've apparently reached my limit. My issues: 1.) I couldn't handle the return to a sickly sweet story. It's always been too much but it got worse. 2.) After time away I couldn't remember a lot and felt lost. The game doesn't help players who have been gone a while figure out what they need to do and this was a primary reason for the down vote. 3.) I accidentally locked myself out of a love interest I wanted because I couldn't find alcohol until it was much too late.

I could say that the serie is loosing a bit of steam on this one. But frankly, since the story was really ending in volume two, I can't imagine how it could have been brought about better. How do you reboot after the end of the volume 2? I think they did a terrific job in the circumstances. And there is just no way I wouldn't have passed on it. Still my very favourite VN with its superb writing and unforgettable characters. I zap the adult scenes as if they were ads, to go on with the story. There are imperfections here and there, a few things that are a bit borderline, but it doesn't matter. It's not about perfection, it's about hitting the spot. In fact, I did two full replays of the whole serie, like when I read a really good book and cannot get enough of it. Great job! I hope the new title will be as good as Love Of Magic, but the bar has been set quite high.

Great conclusion to a fantastic series! I really enjoyed it and if I had any complaints it would be that I didn't get enough of it! We need more like this!
