Look Outside

This game is amazing. This is the first RPG game I have played in my adult life. Always watched my brother play them, and it just wasn't my genre, but this one SUCKED ME IN. The music is incredible. Art incredible. Designs incredible. The OST track 'Ride To Hell" (and the accompanying boss battle) is one of my top 5 video game tracks. What a gem of a game, if you see it on sale BUY THIS GAME NOW!!!

great art and atmosphere, but the game just doesn't do it for me

Look Outside is 100% the game of the year for me. It checks all the boxes. Gorgeous art (well horrific, but gorgeously done), excellent story, and fun gameplay. I love cosmic horror and this is chock-full of it and that's impressive since effective cosmic horror is one of the hardest things to accomplish (how would you present the viewer with horror beyond comprehension? it is not easy). 5/5, hell, 10/5. 100/5? doesn't matter, numbers are stupid. Its great. Play it.

Peak. Super fun and worth way more than $10

obsessed with this game lately. its one of the best RPGs to come out in a long time. amazing music, amazing pixelart, amazing humor, amazing themes one of a few games i would reccomend even at full price if nothing else just to support the dev.
