Игра 'Light Hunters: Battalion of Darkness' оставила смешанные впечатления.

As an avid card game player... this is just not worth it. There's a reason no reviews have even 3 hours, this game has no content to speak of, just a vs AI mode and an online matchmaking that is completely dead. To start a match you and your opponent take turns picking characters to play with. You can only take one character from each roll. From the 8 characters, there are some options that make for good combinations, however, in pvp, that would mean the meta is to lockout the opponent from the strongest combinations, which would be solved pretty quickly if there was a playerbase. After picking your team, you have to sacrifice 5 of your team's 15 skills (2 max per character). However, most skills absolutely suck. You'll end up locking mostly high-cost skills since they are not energy-efficient. During your turns, you get to draw 3 and your mana refils a one more each turn, up until the cap of 5. However, even with perfect planning, you're often forced to end your turn with spare mana because the game is almost entirely about your cards. However, the cards are not cards themselves, but rather points to cast skills with, making the game have 2 limiting resource system, one of which is RNG dependent. During most games, you lose any chance of victory at about half the round, making ending a match a pointless endeavor. The text is poorly translated and doesn't fix the text boxes (i.e. a heal spell saying it "resurrects"). I like the game's concept but it doesn't feel like a card game. It's more like a turn-based RPG with extra limitations and more RNG. This game is less about making cool plays and more about sacrificing options.
