I played this game on my laptop and set the graphics to low for fear of the laptop being unable to handle it. What followed a game that plays brilliantly and looks like something even the bravest warriors on the planet would shudder at. Characters had diamond-shaped eyes, people's facial hair melted into their faces when they breathed, Chase goes bald whenever he entered a vehicle, Forest Blackwell's entire upper body collapsed into his legs when he walked into the theater, and when Chase glides with a chicken, his entire body contorts into a lovecraftian monstrosity that somehow has the chicken on sideways but still glides just fine. So all in all a great experience, highly recommend it.

Lego City Undercover is your standard TT Games Lego game with an open-world formula. It's its most defining feature compared to the rest of TT Games titles, and surprisingly, also its greatest strength. Its open world is cleverly designed while not being incredibly large. The individual areas of the world are relatively small, but they're arranged in such a way that they form a loop. This makes it feel less like one giant open area like your standard open-world games. It cleverly makes travel times longer and makes the world feel larger than it actually is. Because Lego City Undercover, as the name suggests, doesn't have a licensed IP like the Lego Star Wars or Lego Lord of the Rings games, this can definitely affect the way the story feels, being completely original. It's really quirky in nature, although that's a big part of its charm. TT Games could really go all out with it, and it works surprisingly well. The main collectibles in this game are the so-called disguises for the main character, Chase. Like in a standard TT Games game, they each have different abilities. What's interesting here is that throughout the story, you don't just unlock different disguise types, but also more abilities for the types you've already unlocked. Overall, Lego City Undercover is one of TT Games best. It's a different kind of open-world game from them that really hits it out of the park, with an absolute ton of collectibles to discover, from disguises to vehicles and much more. I'd definitely recommend it if you like the standard TT Games Lego formula.
