not worth your time. Feels worse than a FB game ( where the soundtrack is obviously copyrighted and they had to butcher it ) and the controls should be like gba ( wasd eq ) or something like that. I might try it again if I am deathly bored in life.
Free alternative for fire emblem, it is slop but i like slop so its okay.
"Legend of Cina" is as the developer admits, a potentially copyright infringing ripoff of Fire Emblem (copyright Nintendo/Intelligent Systems 1990) and is considerably worse than the game he's ripping off, being slapped together with the godawful SRPG Builder (it's even worse than RPG Maker!!!) This isn't genuinely made, it's an asset flip made using plagiarised assets from the SRPG Builder pixelcrap construction kit. This features really godawful pixelcrap "art" instead of real graphics. It's hard to say if this was because the developer didn't have the skill to do the job of creating 3D visuals, or couldn't afford to hire someone who does, but it also doesn't matter. What matters is that this looks much worse than most other games because of that decision, and that's a major deterrent to gamers. Games like Terraria and Stardew Valley succeeded despite the bad graphics, not because of them. This game is fairly dated at 6 years old... and even back then it looked old and busted compared to contemporary, professionally made 3D games of the same period. It looked bad then, it looks worse now. Now on to pricing and value for gamers. There's no initial download price, but the developer was charging an utterly delusional, insane TWENTY UNITED STATES DOLLARS for this. Yes, twenty bucks for an SRPG Builder asset flip. This is, perhaps beyond delusional, and could be potentially an attempt at money laundering... nobody in their right mind would think a pixelcrap asset flip, which steals IP and game design elements from copyright works, would be okay to charge that much money for. Price barriers, especially on low quality products, can be a direct cause of failure. It seems like a nice gesture for the game to have no up-front cost anymore, but it also tells us that the game wasn't good enough to succeed as a paid product. This is also a bit of a slap in the face to anyone who showed enough questionable judgement to pay money for this... nobody got refunded. In terms of public reception, this failed. There's over 130 million unique gamers visiting Steam every month. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 3 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Nope. I didn't have to pay for this, but I still feel like I got scammed.

Found this on the store and figured why not. Little did I know, I just found peak. The game starts out with a text scroll telling me to kill my dad. Hell yeah. I see a girl, and the first thing I do is duel her until I defeat her, securing her hand in marriage. Hell yeah. The plot isn't winning awards, but it made me smile with genuine joy, which I think matters way more. The balance of the game is way off, but that's perfectly fine because it's rewarding to figure out how to break it. Once I realized I could buy stat boosters with bonus experience, the billion health Yzzy project was in motion. I took Yzzy from Harry 2 into an immortal being who slays dragons with her blade, and it was glorious. The music is great, the gameplay is entertaining, and the writing made me kick my feet in my chair. Legend of Cina is peak. Yzzy gaming.
It was funny to play, but one day my saves got delated by an update and the game is not enough interesting to start from the begining. Also the game window is very small.
Bel gioco. Il mostro finale è imbattibile secondo me.
