Kraven Manor is a genuinely atmospheric horror experience with a clever central mechanic — rearranging scale model rooms to reshape the manor itself — that sadly never gets pushed to its full potential. The bronze mannequin antagonist is effectively unsettling, especially early on when you haven't yet figured out how it moves, but once the mechanic clicks the tension deflates considerably. At roughly an hour to complete, it feels more like a polished proof of concept than a full game, and the story is paper-thin, delivered through one-line text blurbs instead of actual readable documents. That said, the atmosphere is consistently strong, the setting is genuinely creepy, and for what it is — a student project — it's impressive work. I'd recommend picking it up on sale if you're a horror fan looking for a single spooky evening, but don't pay full price expecting a complete, fleshed-out experience.
Kraven Manor is a short horror game that's mostly about puzzle solving and avoiding monsters during some minor sequences. It may not be groundbreaking by any means, as it's quite short, there's no dialogue and most of the lore you put together by reading notes and stuff you find in the environment as you make your progress. However, it's still a solid game that should offer you with some 30 to 90 minutes of entertainment, the puzzles feel quite made, the enemy encounters can be challenging unless you know what you're supposed to do and the level design and the overall quality of the environment feels quite good. For a free game, it is quite good so you should definitely give it a try.

I finished this like 4 years ago, and am just realizing I never wrote a review for it. To be honest, I don't remember much except for some good moments of horror like the statue that moves only when you are not seeing, and some blood trail by the end. It is an impressive game, don't get me wrong, especially when it comes to free indie games that are probably made by college students, this is an excellent game. I am just saying, 4 years and after finishing around 200 games later, I legit don't remember what this game was all about. I would still recommend it, since I remember having a good time with it.
Kraven Manor is a first-person horror puzzle game set inside a shifting mansion inspired by dark fairy tales. You explore rooms, solve puzzles, and uncover the story behind the house and its strange presence. It didn’t really work for me. I wasn’t a fan of the first-person presentation or the overall theme, even though I can understand how it might appeal to others. It’s clearly designed for players who enjoy atmospheric puzzle horror, but it just wasn’t my kind of experience.

For a free horror game, it was pretty entertaining. It's short and concise. The jumpscares are not that rough but the atmosphere compensates for it. Absolutely recommend to pass the time! :)
A short adventure set in a haunted mansion. The puzzles are often clever and the tense moments are frequent enough to keep your attention.
