Is basic a classic "Snake" in reverse! You are a gladiator in an arena to die with a giant worm chasing you that grows as you get points. Run, dodge, collect points, power-ups and make combos to get the highest score while staying alive.

"Killer Worm 2" is a poorly made, very shallow arcade game that basically plays like a weak 2D pixelcrap kiting simulator... all you do is run around in circles as a worm of increasing length chases after you. That's all there is to it. The technical execution of this game is shallow and simplistic, just enough to tick the boxes required to get something (anything) published on Steam, rather than investing the huge amount of effort and budget needed to create a fully fledged, comprehensive, high quality product. This feels like a tech demo more than a full game. This features really godawful pixelcrap "art" instead of real graphics. It's hard to say if this was because the developer didn't have the skill to do the job of creating 3D visuals, or couldn't afford to hire someone who does, but it also doesn't matter. What matters is that this looks much worse than most other games because of that decision, and that's a major deterrent to gamers. Games like Terraria and Stardew Valley succeeded despite the bad graphics, not because of them. This was made with the godawful "GameMaker Studio" construction kit/toolset, which is popular amongst amateur developers because it handholds you through making really crap 2D games that you can publish for $100 on Steam Direct. This lets you pat yourself on the back for pretending to be a real game developer, which explains why GameMaker Studio is responsible for so much ignored garbage on Steam. GameMaker Studio has never really been used to make a truly successful game, but that doesn't stop people from trying and failing. It's a particularly bad game engine that can only be used for making low quality 2D products. Like this. You can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear, as the old saying goes. Another reason this particular game wasn't successful. On the important matter of pricing and value for gamers, there's a lot going on here with monetisation, so this really shouldn't be considered a truly free product because of that. They have their hand out for a $10 USD soundtrack "donation" for this as you're expected to give them money from buying the godawfully crap soundtrack (that's included in the game already) from Steam. There's only 2 tracks and one of them is 30s long. These guys want more money than Taylor Swift gets paid for her music. Delusional. This is basically digital panhandling. Like the homeless guys who splash dirty water on your windscreen at the traffic lights. No thanks. Despite having no up-front cost, this failed to appeal to the 130 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB shows this peaked at only 2 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Since free games don't contribute to your game collector badge and other profile stuff, is this a worthwhile addition to your Steam library? I can't recommend this. It may not be the worst thing on Steam but it's far from the best, and PC gamers have far better options for spending their time.

"Yılan oyununun farklı yorumlanmış hali" diyebiliriz. Oyun mekaniği nasıl tasarlanır konusunda ders konusu olabilecek bir oyun. Yuvarlanma keşke sağ tık olsaymış ama o zaman da kolaylaşacaktı. Kütüphanenizde bulunması gereken bir oyun.
Nostalgia pura! Lembra jogo da "cobrinha", porém aqui você está fugindo dela enquanto ela cresce assustadoramente. Ideia sensacional!
pros: - cool concept - really good soundtrack - gameboy color like art style / graphics cons: death screen is annoying 8/10 - wish this had a gameboy color port
