The controls on keyboard are awkward and you cant manually set them yourself and the arrest button has been removed unlike what was on the SNES version of the game. Only got as far as the first level with this and the controls like I said are making this difficult to play. from what I,ve seen of the game so far its pretty much the same Judge Dredd that I remember but it clearly wasn't the SNES version they ported because the sound effects for explosions and bullet arnt the same as well as a few minor things missing from the 95 version. I havent played with a controller yet but hoping its better. As you can probably tell I had the SNES when I was a kid. I want to recommend this because I loved this in the 90s and I love Dredd but I'd say steer clear.
I wanted to play this game for a while now. It's on sale for almost nothing so I got it. However I can't get it to work with Dualshock 4 for the life of me. DS4 works fine natively in Steam, I can even make custom controller layouts but in game it's not working. Whether using Big Picture mode or Desktop. I guess Steam overlay craps out because it's a DOS Box game or something along those lines. It might work with DS4Windows but I can't be bothered to try because I don't want to. Playing this on keyboard is janky, it's the future and I want to use whatever input I find best. Simple as that. There are also some hefty allegations levied against people who published the game here on Steam, hope somene can investigate that a bit more and clear some things. Too bad, it's a gem, but not like this even at this price and it's getting delisted in 2023. Stay clear.

Jogo baseado no filme do Juiz Dredd de 1995 (o do Sylvester Stallone). Possui fases em progressão lateral, com muitas subidas e descidas de escadas para explorar os mapas (que são um tanto confusos, é fácil passar direto por algumas entradas/descidas). Há uma variedade de inimigos, assim como variedade de munições para sua Legisladora, que permitem neutraiizar certos tipos de inimigos com maior facilidade. De um modo geral, me lembrou bastante o jogo do Alien 3, que saiu para o Mega Drive alguns anos antes. Ou seja, não há muita novidade aqui, mas é um jogo digno sim, E a música-tema é viciante.
I love this game, used to play it back when it was new, I saw when it first came out some years ago, I even commented on the forums back then, saw it will be delisted in a few days so I just had to purchase it, I installed it then adjusted the controls and some setting on the graphics and it works good now. I will recommend it just because I finished this game many times in Sega Genesis and Super Nintendo both having their own ups and downs but never played the pc version which is almost like the Genesis version except with some extra details here and there and better music. Love this game a lot
Janky and not fun to play.
I personally love the Dredd franchise, and this game from the past delivers a blasting soundtrack , a Gameplay and Design in line with the Dredd and overall still enjoyable with today standards (although much of the maps are a chaotic mess). Only downside, I didn't understand how the save system works, so every time I died I had to start the game all over. besides that, all other features make a this game a little gem.

Has anyone tried the sega genesis version via the Fusion emulator? This is an obsolete and disastrously working version for DOS. Running at 5-10 fps !!
