Jigsaw Puzzles for Adults HD

Too many ads This used to be my favorite jigsaw game, but lately there are so many breaks for ads during the game I just quit playing. A long ad between puzzles would be better.

Great game for anxiety I have anxiety issues and occasionally will feel an anxiety attack coming on. This game has really helped to distract me from feeding into it and calming me enough to allow those feelings/symptoms to pass. Playing the puzzle on 168 pieces makes it just challenging enough to require focus, but not so challenging that it becomes frustrating. It’s also just a nice relaxation game. Highly recommend this app!

Beautiful and very relaxing This is one of three games I play. I appreciate the daily, weekly challenges/goals. I miss not being able to create puzzles out of my photos, as I once did about 6 yrs ago.

Now a stream of ads rather than puzzles After last update you are bombarded with ads…average of 5 for each puzzle. Beautiful puzzles ruined by constant clicking through ads 🤬

Not the Same UPDATE THE UPDATE Not much has changed from my original review and the last update, except there are more “events” instead of fewer and still no means to opt out. I am bombarded by interruptions for coins and other prizes and by pop up screens directing me to the events for various reasons….none of which do I participate. The puzzle packs contain more and more AI generated images and less true photographs. Even within a puzzle pack, I now only work half, or less, of the puzzles so I am less inclined to purchase new packs . I have loved this app and used to work multiple puzzles daily; now some days, most days I work none. Sad but true. It is just not the same, so far removed from how it was when I purchased it. UPDATE: I want to thank the developer for responding to my review and for addressing some of the very specific complaints. I do want to speak about one thing because it seems as if you did not read that in my comments. I clearly stated in my review that I had experienced both the free version and the paid version, and I found that the ONE TIME fee for the paid subscription and the way the paid app functioned to be exactly as Veraxen said it would. I was happy with the app and the developer. It was not until you brought in these events and stories, requiring more and more puzzles for players to work and cluttering the game screen with more and more “gamification”….all the different events and rewards, puzzle pieces and coins. While others may enjoy it, is just not my thing. I get that it brings more puzzle purchases, but it is just too much fluff and clutter for my personal tastes. This is why I requested a way to opt out, leaving the events intact for those who want to play them, but at the same time clearing my screen of unwanted clutter. Perhaps you are resistant because you have concerns that providing that option will cause more people to opt out and not purchase all the extra puzzles needed to work the events, creating a loss of this added revenue. As for the ads, you keep saying you must use ads to keep app free, which is the same position as most developers. I am not in a position to say what revenue you need, but it does seems as if your players are very unhappy being interrupted while working a puzzle, so perhaps you could make some adjustments there and find a balance that does not make players delete the app. Original review: I have had this puzzle app for years, both the free and the subscription versions. I generally do not purchase game apps because the developers change how they function so often that the original game is lost in all the fluff. I figured a puzzle app could not change but so much, so after much discussion with support about how the paid version works, I bought it. I was immediately pleased; the app functioned exactly as they said it would…one time fee, no ads, unlimited use of my photos for puzzles, and easy access to support through the app. The app has thousands of puzzles across many categories, so there are puzzles to fit many interests. All was good….until it wasn’t. Despite my thoughts the app could not change, it did. Coins and awards, events, stories, story books, hidden treasures, daily quests…the list goes on. It never stops and it clutters an otherwise peaceful, fun puzzle experience. When I inquired about making these ad-ons optional by providing a means to turn them off, I met resistance and a bit of attitude, telling me these in-app games were designed for “certain players” who liked more of a challenge, inferring that if I did not like the events, I must not like challenges. I was not asking them to eliminate the events, just give me the means to opt out. I wanted to stop all the clutter and stop all the pop-up boxes awarding me coins and directing me to the events; a level of pressure to participate and, at the least, numerous interruptions. I am now collecting coins and awards for things I do not plan to use. The puzzles themselves have changed as well. There are more AI generated puzzles and it seems there are more art, paintings, and drawings than photographs. I am struggling to find puzzles to work, packs to download, free or paid. As for ads I do not experience, I feel the frustration in the reviews from players who are overwhelmed with ads while working a puzzle….that must be awful. We all understand advertising for revenue, but there must be a responsible balance between the developer’s need and the player’s wants. Otherwise players will delete the app….what does that accomplish? And when players complain in these reviews, the developer should be more forthcoming in their responses and act on those complaints to bring change. Players are NOT complaining about ad use….they are complaining about ad overuse….too many ads. Listen to them.

Puzzle It is really fun

Too many ads I like putting puzzles together but this on is so frustrating because of the numerous ads.

Not quite what it was I have played this game for several years and have really enjoyed it. However lately it seems the ads are more and more. I don’t get to play very long before there’s another ad. Also I find the ads about the prison merge game very offensive. People cheating on people and getting them pregnant then stealing the babies. The most heinous is the woman squeezing sperm from a condom so she can impregnate herself. I don’t think I can continue to subject myself to such offensive content. And I’m not a prude but there should be limits.

AD OVERKILL The free version is virtually unplayable now. I’ve been playing for years and USED to thoroughly enjoy it…even with the ads. Now…I’m forced to look for an alternative. It’s not only ads before and between puzzles but seems like every minute or two. The ads are long &/or freeze requiring user to close the app and restart. More frustrating than fun!

Now Ads for paying customers- RIP OFF I paid for NO ADS !! Now I get ads that are so frustrating. You cannot close out of them. Another ad just pops up. This is a total rip off. Use to be a great app and now it sucks. You told another reviewing that you need to have ads to keep the app free. Well !! I paid for no ads so get rid of them like you said when I made the purchase.
