7/10 Funny VN about a ghost's affair with a girl tenant. TLDR: The writing is pretty good, and there are some nice jokes. Only 2 sex scenes though, one of them animated. Good: - free - I enjoyed the occasional witty passages that spruce up the story. As an atheist, I loved how the guy refuses to go to heaven for the more realistic pleasures of Earthly sex So-so: - there is just one animated sex scene that comes fairly late in the story - I was starting to lose patience long before I got to it :) - graphics are okay-ish - there is a certain feeling of shallowness to the plot that comes simply from its small scale. You might argue that "well, it's comedy". But compare this VN to my favorite "How to cope with with boredom and loneliness": there it's not just funny but also very deep. Plus, the jokes there are far more dense. This VN looks more like a student's project in comparison. Besides, the humor here seems to be more teenager-targeted (e.g. it makes a big deal of simply getting laid - yet this topic only appeals to guys until the age of 20, and I'd imagine most of the Steam's audience to be older, at least for porn games).. Maybe it's simply the premise that limits the story here? There just isn't that much material to work with. For a richer story, this probably required more characters or more events. After the ghost has sex with the girl, there is basically nothing more to tell. And dragging on the courtship stage would be just too boring. Also, it's unrealistic that a ghost would literally do nothing for 100 years. Maybe having vignettes from those times could liven this up, hard to say. Or maybe if there were another female ghost in the story that had a similar goal of getting laid?
