Technically I had no problem to get it to work in contrast to other users. I like it more than the other 360 video plattforms I have seen so far. That's why I gave it a positive summary. But generally I don't appreciate 360 videos at all. With me it is either computer generated / volumetric or noting at all with VR. But maybe, if Seth McFarlane comes up with something worthwile I would change my mind on that matter...

"Inception VR" is yet another godawful video player on Steam, so you can watch Youtube videos in VR (if it worked... this didn't work when it was launched and now it's 8 years old and still doesn't work, especially not with new modern VR headsets). It's VR exclusive, and that shows the developer failed to understand the most basic axiom of VR game design... if the only cool thing about your product is VR support, your product is not cool. This game is fairly dated at 8 years old... and even back then it looked old and busted compared to contemporary, professionally made 3D games of the same period. It looked bad then, it looks worse now. Now on to pricing and value for gamers. In terms of public reception, this failed to appeal to the 130 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at just a dozen or so concurrent users, and now there's basically nobody using it. Even though it's free. This is a dismal public reception, but it's easy to see why gamers rejected it. Since free games don't contribute to your game collector badge and other profile stuff, is this a worthwhile addition to your Steam library? I think you should give this one a miss. Although it's free, your time and storage are valuable resources, and the market is filled with superior options.

Does not seem to work with the Valve Index as advertised. Overall just a frustrating experience, doesn't seem like it's really ready for release.
