A nice fun rhythm/ beat matching game port. - Several micro-transactions. - Challenge Mode. - Ranked. - Decent character customization. - Marriage system. - Housing. - Socialising, good or bad depending on who you meet. - Events. - Several game modes. - Skills make a difference. - Difficulty varies, accuracy also play a big part. - Good music choices. - Sing-a-long - Nice art/ visuals. - Player count varies depending on time. - Fairly fun to play. - PC Optimisation is a little poorly. I'll recommend this based on playing casually. Either way it's worth giving a shot if you like rythm/ beat matching games. Overall 5/10

Me encantan estos juegos.
This game is super fun, however the pc version is a port from mobile so the pc mode loads in pretty slow most of the time and can feel a little clanky at times. There isn't many players a lot so if you want to do ranked or play with other people in general just be sure to have plenty of time set aside to wait in queue. When I play at night I've noticed I get queue pops more frequent than during the day because most players on here are not from my area. I am an American player but I think most people who play this are from different areas in the world wish there was servers dedicated to specific languages because most players do speak Russian I've noticed, not an issue but I do like to know what I am reading lol. I enjoy most of the modes quite a bit, there is a pretty decent array of game modes for those who don't care for the casual 4 key guitar hero style/magical Mirai mode. But back to the small amount of players, if you don't like that mode you are better playing a different mode on your own because NO ONE queues for different modes. There are about 5 modes of classic style rhythm game modes and even a KARAOKE VERSION (which btw is a blast with friends) but literally no one queues for any other mode except for the one mode. So just forget about queuing into any other mode unless you got friends who are willing to make a night of gaming and play this with you. The game has a lot of fun cosmetics and things to do for your character and I love dressing up in video games but be aware its for sure a money wall. They do give out a lot of free currency and items so if you are patience and don't care for the current outfits in the game then you actually do get quite an okay amount of currency (they also give out codes on social medias which add up) The pc mode is pretty dead for the most part but I heard the mobile version has quite a fanbase and way more players, so I do wish I made an account on mobile version instead of pc before I put a lot of time into this version because sadly steam and mobile is not account transferrable so remember that before creating an account. OVERALL, I enjoy the gameplay, I am okay playing most games solo so the amount of people on here doesn't really effect me too much but it is for sure something I wanted to mention for those who do love queuing into games and playing games with no hassle.
I've been playing Idol Party ever since it launched on Steam, and it's easily one of my favorite online rhythm games. It immediately reminded me of Audition, but with its own unique charm. The gameplay is incredibly fun, with a great variety of rhythm modes that keep things feeling fresh whether you're a casual player or someone looking for a real challenge. The dreamy aesthetic is gorgeous, the avatar customization is fantastic, and collecting outfits and cosmetics is genuinely rewarding. One of the biggest reasons I've stuck with the game, though, is the community. I've made a lot of friends here, and the player base is one of the friendliest I've experienced in an online game. Most events are easy enough to understand, and if you ever get confused, people are usually happy to answer questions. The official Discord is also very active and full of helpful players. Like most free-to-play rhythm games, there are multiple currencies and optional microtransactions. However, I've always felt that Idol Party respects your time. If you play consistently, it's surprisingly generous with rewards, making it possible to earn plenty without feeling pressured to spend money. I've never felt like the game treated me unfairly based on how much I had or hadn't spent. Compared to other rhythm games in this genre, I also think Idol Party has one of the cleanest and most user-friendly interfaces. It avoids feeling overwhelmingly cluttered with menus and pop-ups while still offering plenty to do. My only real criticism is that, since the release of Idol Party 2, this has become much quieter. Finding ranked matches or certain multiplayer events can sometimes be difficult unless you're playing around reset time or have friends to queue with. Thankfully, the community that's still here is incredibly welcoming and often willing to help complete quests or fill lobbies. Overall, I can't recommend this game enough. If you're looking for a relaxing social game with fun rhythm gameplay, beautiful customization, and one of the kindest communities around, Idol Party is absolutely worth your time. I truly hope the game continues to grow because it deserves far more attention than it gets.
