Must try Update: I have to admit that I am not really angry at the new update. It is not real, but I like it. They added managers and events now. I don’t usually get into games, but this is the best version ever. A plus. Goodbye! Old version: I don’t like the new edition. It is not as cool. The franchise edition was more cool. I want to see the franchise edition again. The clothing and stuff were cool. I want to see them again. The first iPad I played it on, it was so cool, but the second iPad I played it on, it was not as cool. Please put it to the Franchise edition. The new edition is stressful. Do that for Version 3.3.0. I will like it to be better than the previous Franchise edition. I want a new look for the franchise edition and fun, offline minigames that challenge you and give you rewards instead of ads and I want it to be an offline game and you can give those pull the pin minigames. I want it to be more fun. On the loading screen, I want it to say “IDLE SUPER MARKET TYCOON NEW FRANCHISE EDITION”. I want to hear those beeping sounds when a person walks to the cashier, just like at a real supermarket. I want real people in my supermarket. I want real products. I want a real parking lot and I want real cars and trucks going to the parking lot. I want the same departments. I want it to say “24H MART” on the front when you have 1 or 2 departments. I want lots of description for products that are good. I want everything to be realistic. I want same difficulty. I want a new city called Dubai. Those are all requirements. I love your Codigames company and you could be a millionaire. My mom loves the game Idle 9 Months. Your Theme Park is so fun and challenging. (P.S. The franchise edition was my favorite.) (Additional P.S. “new” means “updated”.)

It’s just not the same As much as I loved this game back then, it’s just not what it was. The way the store looks the design of the people the cities and how much you would earn per city is just not how it used to be. Instead of these knew stores it would be nice and simple and whenever you had money to transfer to another city you could just easily earn so much more money and watch as you hold down the upgrade bar till you had no more left. Now whenever you level up the department instead of continuing on it makes you stop and it could be really annoying. And these things like the restock people? That just makes things slower and worse because every time you get to a knew city a sanction you don’t even get more percentage of money than the old city. Please please PLEASE bring back the old city, style of people, and just be rid of the newer departments cause it’s just not the same as the old version was. OLD IS GOLD

Save storage space and don’t download This game is truly so disappointing. When I first installed this game a couple years ago, it was actually fun. The progression was intense and it was actually worth it to buy certain things (like the no ads which I bought). Overall, it was clear that they wanted you to progress fast to keep you hooked, which I was fine with. Now I do think it’s fair that they did slow down the progression (since I literally finished the original game by getting to the last supermarket in a couple weeks), but this new progression system is horrible. It’s clear they have the managers as an additional paywall that you can’t do anything about except wait. There needs to be an easier progression system that allows you to progress more, while also adding more content to the game. Thankfully, with the no ads purchase (which carried over through the update thankfully) I personally can still tolerate the game as a painfully slow idle tycoon, but if you are a new player, this game will waste your time and isn’t worth it compared to many other way better games. Developer, please fix the game and actually make it bearable to progress at a reasonable pace, as otherwise I have no enjoyment in the game

Events should be adjusted I like the newest update of the game but the way they do events, it’s just poorly timed. For every two days I have to get a lot of money to get rewards and then after two days the event has ended so now I got rested for the day but then the next day, it just start the event again and I wasn’t prepared for it. Can I just not do the event during the weekdays? It’s more better if I do the events in the weekend

Pay to play. I ended up paying $9.99 for the no ads along with a few different $$ boosters. In all honesty it’s not a bad game. Unfortunately, even with the money spent you still get to a point where you cannot advance without continuously paying to upgrade and play. The only other option is to hope you get one of the few manager cards they give out for free once every 24 hours. In my case today, I didn’t get the correct manager cards, so here’s to hoping I get in tomorrow in order to continue. So much potential. So much letdown.

What a downfall Went from a actually good game to a pay to play slob, you basically cannot progress unless you spend some money on this game. Shame on the developer

Why do I have to watch so many’s ads just to play I want the old game back

Pay to play nightmare A few years ago I would’ve rated this much higher. I put up with the ads because they were totally optional, and the rewards were decent, so I felt like it was a fair trade off. With every update, however, they’ve made the game worse and worse (let’s be clear, worse on purpose to squeeze more money out). I I recently redownloaded after hitting a wall with the last big update and soft quitting (the only thing I still came on for was that little minigame where you played a new market for like a week, and won rewards based on rank at the end of the time period), and it is god awful. Literally the ONLY thing that has allowed me to progress this time around is my backlog of years worth of earned gems (paid currency), and after a week of playing I’m down from about 7,000 to 2,755, and when I run out that’s it. They’ve added several new layers of paid aspects that make it impossible to progress at a reasonable pace without paying for gems. Now each departments’ upgrades are capped out until you buy a manager (or earn it through opening packs, the odds of which are laughably low considering the number of cards you get per pack, how many you need to unlock/level up a manager, and the number of card possibilities there are), and sometimes capped out until you level up the manager. I have found no means by which to earn gems EXCEPT the little quests they display at the top and the missions; with the quests, rarely, they’ll reward you with gems, but the most I’ve seen at a time is 3 which is just insulting considering the cost of upgrades, and the missions are like an xp based reward system for completing tasks, and most of them do not give you gems (I’ve received 255 gems at almost level 30 of this; again, I’ve spent almost 5,000 to get to this point in the game). I’m truly just so irritated, the game used to be fun. It was almost literally a different game. But like I said I’m almost out of the gems I’ve been saving through years of playing, and once they’re gone I won’t be playing again.

fun game but updates ruined it The game used to be super fun but the update has made progression so much slower, the managers and baskets are so annoying they added features that make it less fun and removed features that were enjoyable. the game feels like it’s gonna back in time not like it’s been updated, plus the events never show up for me and there are some really annoying glitches like that

Anything else? I’ve been playing this game for 1 year and i can’t sell anything else besides fruits and vegetables. Like what? Plz help
