I loved this game, just like the first release, the graphics improved a lot but the optimization is still ♥♥♥♥, btw we have been suffering from that since the first game.
It sounds stupid to talk about history in a game like this, which is more dedicated to humor and that, but the story of this game completely captivated me (and I haven't even finished it yet), the scenarios in which the game puts you are incredible, the boss fights are very creative (some even funny like the first secret boss of high on life 1), one in particular that seemed to be boring, the plot ended up being one of my favorites.
Everything feels very well done, very fun...
BUT DO YOU KNOW WHAT IS NOT FUN??? A crash in the middle of a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bossfight, it happened to me only once in 8 hours of game, but playing it on the highest difficulty with the boss about to die is not funny.
Changing the subject, OPTIMIZATION: It seems stupid to me that with an RTX5070 the game runs at less than 40 fps in 1440p, just for comparison, I can play red dead redemption 2 in ultra at more than 100fps, it makes no sense, even using dlss and frame generation The gameplay becomes rough. This is very common in games developed in unreal, but in this one it seems to be especially exaggerated.
That, apart from the high price (which I paid full price just for hype) are the only serious flaws that the game has, the bugs that I found were more fun than serious, only with a "gatlian" I am talking about Sheat, the special attack used for the puzzles, I don't understand if this bug or what, but I still don't understand how it works, because more than once I have had to restart the save point to restart the puzzles because it wouldn't let me finish it, I don't know why.
To finish... I want to ask the developers a very personal question: what the hell were they thinking when they added such ♥♥♥♥♥♥ controls to the skateboard? It is something very strange to explain, sometimes it feels better than SKATE 4 but in combat it is super annoying, if it were optional to use it in the open world nothing would happen, but they removed the option to sprint to change it to skateboarding, they also removed the option to crouch, in several parts of the game it feels necessary to hide and recover life, I don't know what they wanted to do in terms of mobility, the previous game already had it well polished...
The game is a 6/10 if we take into account all the problems, it's a shame because otherwise I could easily give it a 10/10.
ANYWAY
it's still a fun experience if you don't tryhard it, maybe playing it while high af or drunk or somethin it could be a comical experience

Guys, Im demonized, in the course of finishing the game (15 hours) and starting to platinum it (26 hours missing 1 and a half achievements), I upgraded my PC, going from an i5 11400f and ddr4 to a ryzen 7 9800x3d and ddr5, a good upgrade, right? well, apparently this game CARES A LITTLE OR NOTHING because although the game increased its performance a lot, being able to finally play it in my native quality (1440p) and at the maximum graphics even streaming it, apparently something causes it to crash at least once every couple of hours, so Im playing in installments, previously I said that in 8 hours of playing it crashed only once, well... now in 8 hours of playing it crashes at least 4 times, AT LEAST. I'm going to move this review to not recommended.
Is it something about hardware? we will never know, i tried few mods that supposedly fix this, but nope...
The game still seemed incredibly fun to me even while I platinum it, it is not boring at all and the map is full of life, but to take into account this performance problem, because sometimes I still have drops at 40fps and the crashes are really horrible to play
