Hero Wars: Alliance Adventure

Scam Alert!!! DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! I played two weeks, spent a little over 20 dollars, and the game kept crashing every 20 minutes or so. Got to level 61, and then the game crashed again and when it rebooted, all my information was gone and I was reset to a new game. Customer support wants EIGHT pieces of information to recover your lost account. Then every 8 to 12 hours I had a new case worker all asking for the same thing over and over. I gave them everything they asked for plus more and they just claimed my account was non existent, even with all the Apple Store receipts. And they won’t do anything to compensate me. Spend at your own risk.

Stopped working Enjoyed the game, but it has recently quit working and will no longer load. Just sits on the loading screen and never progresses. Not sure if it’s a phone issue or a game issue, but I’m no longer able to play it.

You have to agree to give up personal data To even play the game, you have to agree to give up personal information that they will share with or sell to third party organizations. I think that’s frankly despicable that you force the player to agree to give consent to giving up a large amount of personal information and making it somewhat inconvenient to try and learn what that information even is

Realms ruined this game The fact that so many people have put hundreds and maybe even thousands of dollars into your game, and then you completely change it by adding realms- is disgusting. I get mad just loading up the game that I used to look forward to playing. You absolutely betrayed your fan base. Beta? How on earth is it a beta if it completely changes the scaling of the game and does irreversible damage to the game mechanics? Hate is a strong words and I never use it. But I HATE that you developers added Realms to a game that needed nothing like that. People go their whole lives trying to escape realm building games, because they’re everywhere, and tasteless, and then you add it to a great game, and absolutely ruin it. You will never never get my money again, ever.

fake ads nothing like the ads

Ads are too long I used to play this game. Stopped because it was a little too pay to win for me. Came back to give a bad review because I kept seeing its obnoxiously long ads. That’s how we do

Bait and switch The game had gameplay like the ads, which was there just so they could say they had gameplay like the ads. The actual game used to actually be fun, where you would build up your teams of heroes and fight other players 5 on 5. Now they’ve made it more like envoy where you build up your camp and battle other camps. It sucks

Thiefs I just bought a character for $3.99 but I was charged $7.61!? What the hell!?

Lies Why has no one mentioned it’s NOTHING like the ad… the game sux compared to the ad.
