Hell Let Loose: Vietnam

Initially I refunded the game, after playing for about 1,5 hours and around 4 matches where people were soloing and zeroi communications I didn't found the game much fun. I've played the original Hell Let Loose 60 hours so I knew how the game changes when people communicate, adjust to their role and use some basic tactics. After the refund the game kept popping up in my mind to give it another chance. Two days later I pulled the trigger and purchased it again, now I'm hooked. I've found some community servers where people actually communicate and it makes a big difference. Had some games where the chopper pilot is blasting Black Sabbath over the proxmity chat. Another game I was forced to be squad leader because nobody else was. But when people listen to your order and the tactics come together in game, it really clicks. In moments like these the game really shines. Fortunately I don't experience as many crashes as some people, in my hours played I only had 1 crash and the performance is a stable 60 FPS with all settings on Epic with Lumen off on 3440x1440 ultrawide. Only bug I encountered is the robotic proxomity chat sometimes, but I believe that will be fixed in short time. I'm having a good time with the game so far, if you get at the correct servers, you need to be bit lucky for that.

It's not perfect but it is realy fun.

Game is rather buggy but fun when it works. I keep getting a crash to bios when I try to boot this and freeze. Doesn't happen with any other game and I don't have an AMD card.

The fact you can't shoot a pilot up close with an AK-47 while they are on the ground in the heli is beyond dumb and unrealistic. Either it's a bug or it needs to be looked at because bulletproof windows aren't a thing on helicopters. My only dislike about the game tbh

it can sometimes be buggy, but thats normal for a recent game. Apart from that, no complaints, honestly they did a great job.

Anyone who didn't play this on release, I feel bad for you son, I got 99 achievements and your only achievement is sooking about games you don't even own.
