It's the only game where you can play for hundreds, if not thousands, of hours, yet you can have no idea what's really going on. The only downside is you pretty much need to have all DLCto play the game. The game is good, though.

My hearts of iron experience after like 2 matches (i lost both of them): > Try to do tutorial > Tutorial sucks i dont understand sh1t > watch youtube how to beat tutorial > still dont understand anything > try to learn myself (it kinda works) > play as italy and declare war on france > half of the world turns out to be my enemy > starts losing the war > italy enters civil war > somehow i became on the same side as france during the ciivl war (amazing) > thinking how i got civil war if i had 90% stability > play as romania > puppet bulgaria and align hungary > i lost to hungary even thought i had 20 division versus only 2 > doesnt make any sense > next goal: form roman empire (i dont think i will be even close to that)

On the official HoI4 Discord server, players are being banned simply for using profile pictures of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the internationally recognized founder of modern Türkiye. Official moderators have justified these bans with completely unfounded, defamatory claims and false accusations. The hypocrisy is evident: [list] [*]Historical figures responsible for severe atrocities and millions of deaths are tolerated and featured directly in the game and community. [*]However, the founding leader of a modern democratic nation is targeted with baseless historical slander. [/list] A historical strategy game studio should not permit its official representatives to spread historical misinformation and disrespect an entire player base. Until Paradox addresses this biased moderation and remedies these unjust actions, I cannot recommend supporting their products. Bir oyun firmasının ahlaki değer savunuculuğu yapmasının ne derece gereksiz olduğu açık olsa da bunu bir de cahilce ve hiçbir standarda tabii olmadan yapması daha da gerizekalıca bir duruma getiriyor. Türk ulusal değerlerine bu derece hakaretamiz tavırla bakan ve onu değerlendirme yetkisini kendinde gören bir zihnin oyununu da kendilerini de reddediyoruz. Although it is obvious how unnecessary it is for a game company to position itself as a defender of moral values, doing so ignorantly and without being subject to any consistent standard makes the situation even more idiotic. We reject both the game and the people behind it who adopt such an insulting attitude toward Turkish national values and presume themselves entitled to judge and evaluate them.
