Impossible puzzles Have played this game for at least 5 years. The puzzles have become much harder the longer you stay. Features like Super Charm bag are lost after only 1 or 2 games of achieving. It’s no longer relaxing when I have play the same puzzle 6 times to get past it. I spend money to get in game coins but when completing the puzzle is this hard, the benefits gained from spending money are wasted. Many benefits can only be achieved by winning. The only good thing about the game is the Club feature and group chat.

So now there are ads IN-game? One of the big draws to this game was that there are no annoying ads or ad banners scrolling while you play. Ads are reserved for more lives if you run out. This update has brought banners on the top of the game, which narrows the playing areas. These annoying banners have been slowing the game down and creating glitches. I am sure the developers will say “well, it’s only for our products,” but this is how it starts. Next thing you know this game is going to turn into some “Gossip Harbor” garbage where you get more ad time than play time. No thanks. I think it is time to put aside this game for a while. I’ll be moving onto a game that is going to be more concerned about the players’ experience than their ad revenue. Also, no one is going to collect all of those cards. It’s impossible in the time needed and when they just don’t give you certain cards—getting that prize is impossible.

Ads are ruining the game Played for long time but game got ridiculous with Ads. To get extra moves you watch the ad but can’t close. Constantly making it allow only choosing links to go to download or Moloco privacy notice but no option for closing screen. I have screenshots you can see no “x” to close. To get out, you have to close the game, lose the extra moves even though you watched their ads. Most of the time, you will get frustrated and move to a new game. Game itself is a good puzzle game, but to truly compete in different events, you need to be able to grab the extras the ads offer. No longer worth it.

Siri can’t respond Suddenly today, I cannot get a response from Siri when I’m in the game.

Худший результат: один уровень за 48 часов. Перестали давать возможность приобрести премиум-пропуск за игровую валюту! Раньше можно было за 10000 золотых монет купить премиум-пропуск. Сейчас только одно требование: покупай за реальные деньги. Раньше было интереснее играть, было больше нужных и необходимых наград, которые помогали при игре, при прохождении уровней, сейчас ничего этого нет 😢. Игра стремительно теряет свою привлекательность и рейтинг. Разработчикам это событие глубоко безразлично. Хотелось бы, чтобы разработчики очнулись ото сна, улучшили бы условия для прохождения уровней и событий игры и вернули бы этим былую популярность игры до оценки 4,9. Советую игру тем, кому будет интересно проходить один уровень за двое суток!!! А рассказывать обо всех косяках в игре - ни какого здоровья не хватит!!! Всё не могу больше играть, уже тошнит от того, что не дают играть, не дают проходить уровни, ни какие игровые задания не дают проходить: За три дня дали один раз пройти уровень в событии: «Битва за Хогвартс». Событие : «Дерево Лукотруса» вообще ни разу не дали пройти. Бросаю эту игру, устала от всего этого беспредела. Жизнь одна, и терять время на эту бесполезную игру - слишком шикарное событие. Любая игра должна приносить удовлетворение, а не полное разочарование.

Returning player I played this years ago when it first came out, and recently decided to try it again. It was a pretty terrible returning player experience. There must have been at least 10 minutes of constant pop ups telling me about all the new systems introduced to the game. Then I came to realize that having played to around puzzle 200 way back then was actually a disadvantage because I guess most of the progression systems didn’t exist back then. I started a new account and already have more progress with creatures, more power ups, more coins, some spells upgraded to a higher level etc at close to puzzle 100 than I did at puzzle 200 on my original account. Having an older account should feel valuable, not like a liability. I’ve now started getting banner ads so large they that cause the actual game boards to shrink down to a point where they’re hard to see and just feel really cramped. This frankly makes the game unplayable. I get f2p games are going to have ads, but banner ads should not shrink down the actual game and impede playability.
