Gerrymandering the video game Unsure where I got it, marking it as free pro Inputs are simple, gameplay simple puzzles get complex satisfaction when I beat a puzzle My single con is that the stone walls are hard to see at times.
Well this is a thinker :o, super fun.
we need update new level. 我们需要继续更新关卡。we need sell this game on google or apple store.
Happy Neighbors is a charming logic-based puzzle game that transforms the simple idea of dividing property into a surprisingly engaging mental exercise. Developed and published by Ionel Zeveleanu, the game revolves around creating fair boundaries between neighboring households by placing or removing fences. Every level challenges players to ensure that each resident receives an identical share of land, houses, trees, fruit, and other available resources. Although the premise is easy to understand within minutes, the clever puzzle design gradually introduces more demanding scenarios that require careful observation, strategic planning, and logical thinking instead of quick reactions. The game's greatest strength lies in how naturally it expands upon its core mechanic. Early stages serve as effective tutorials, allowing players to grasp the rules without lengthy explanations. As the adventure progresses, puzzle layouts become increasingly intricate, encouraging players to think about multiple variables simultaneously. Every fence placement affects the overall balance of the neighborhood, meaning a seemingly correct solution may create inequalities elsewhere. This steady progression keeps the experience rewarding, as each completed puzzle feels earned through deduction rather than random experimentation. Happy Neighbors features 101 handcrafted puzzles, providing a respectable amount of content for fans of casual brainteasers. Rather than relying on procedural generation, each level has been individually designed with unique layouts that present fresh challenges while remaining faithful to the game's central concept. Because every puzzle introduces different arrangements of houses, vegetation, and property lines, players are continually encouraged to adapt their approach instead of relying on repetitive strategies. This careful level design helps maintain interest throughout the game's lengthy collection of stages. The visual presentation embraces a colorful, family-friendly style that complements the relaxing gameplay. Bright environments, cheerful homes, and clean object placement make it easy to identify the resources that need to be divided equally. The graphics prioritize readability over visual complexity, ensuring that players can focus entirely on solving puzzles without unnecessary distractions. Combined with pleasant background music, the game creates a calm atmosphere that supports thoughtful problem-solving and makes it enjoyable to spend extended periods working through increasingly difficult levels. While Happy Neighbors succeeds at delivering satisfying logic puzzles, it is also a highly specialized experience. Players looking for an elaborate story, character development, or multiple gameplay modes may find the content somewhat limited. The game remains dedicated to its single mechanic from beginning to end, which means variety comes almost entirely from puzzle design rather than introducing entirely new systems. For puzzle enthusiasts, this focused approach is a strength, but players seeking constant gameplay changes may eventually find the formula repetitive despite the increasing complexity. Overall, Happy Neighbors demonstrates how a straightforward concept can become highly entertaining through thoughtful execution. Its intuitive mechanics, carefully crafted puzzles, relaxing presentation, and gradual difficulty curve make it an enjoyable choice for anyone who appreciates logic games that reward patience and analytical thinking. Although it avoids flashy features and narrative depth, it succeeds by delivering exactly what it promises: a collection of satisfying puzzles that remain engaging from the opening stages to the final challenges. For players who enjoy exercising their minds with clever spatial reasoning and fair but demanding objectives, Happy Neighbors is a worthwhile indie puzzle title. Rating: 7/10
Nice game. Relaxing. It took me 11 hours to complete all 101 puzzles. I love the logic behind the solutions.
Happy Neighbors is logic puzzle game wherein the goal of each level is to use fences to separate the titular Neighbors and equally divide squares of land between them. There are 101 levels in total, with the first 15 requiring just basic distribution of Neighbors and their land, but later the Neighbors also need to be paired with houses, and even further on they need to be paired with pieces of fruit as well. Now, you've almost certainly seen these kinds of puzzles before in some form, probably with pigs needing to be fenced in on a farm rather than, uh, egg-things on an island in the middle of nowhere. If you've never liked those, this game is not going to change your mind, but if you're like me and you do enjoy these puzzles you'll find plenty of quality here. It can get pretty tricky figuring out which houses and fruits should go with which Neighbor while still maintaining equal land division — some of the later levels would even take me up to a half-hour to solve. Thankfully, several levels are always unlocked at a time, so even if you're completely stumped on one you can just switch to another. As for aesthetics, the game uses an art style that I would describe as "charmingly cheap." The Neighbors are cute, but they only stand around and animate just enough for them to represent facsimiles of living beings. The ground textures are simultaneously bland but way too detailed, and I can only identify the surrounding water as water because it is colored blue. For some reason, you can rotate the camera around to see even cheaper looking mountains in the background, complete with visible seams and vertexes. Honestly, the game might play a bit better if the graphics were more simple and flat, as occasionally objects can obscure fence placement, but at the same time the current look does have a silly sort of appeal and changing it might mean I wouldn't be able to make egg puns at the end of this review. On the other hand, the game's soundtrack is a small selection of light and cheerful background music that I would describe as "carnival-esque." It's pleasant and doesn't get in the way, which is pretty much perfect for this game. Last positive point: There are quite a few motivational phrases on the loading screens and they are all extremely good. I have screencapped all of them and I will treasure them forever. My only real complaints are minor technical ones. First of all, I would have preferred if adding and removing fences were assigned to left-click and right-click respectively, rather than having both assigned to left-click and having right-click dedicated to the aforementioned meaningless camera rotation. Secondly, this game seriously needs more volume options than just turning music and sound on and off — seriously, the game is so much louder than every other program I have on that I have to open sound mixer and set its volume specifically to 1. Overall, Happy Neighbors eggsceded my eggspectations. If you're a fan of logic puzzles and can get past its eggconomical appearance, this game will make an eggselent addition to your library. You won't find any bad eggs here, and to say otherwise would be egg on my face. Egg.
I've spent way too much time on this ;-).
