Honestly, I buy these illfonic & GUN games at this point hoping they can figure it out. Wait for a sale, or do not expect much. The bugs and balance issues could be fixed to make this a great asym, BUT the track record of these devs says otherwise. I will happily change this review if they can fix the game. Another sloppy product by these devs. Bugs galore Questionable design choices. Good luck finding the escape car if someone repairs it because the only indicator it has to set it apart is the hood is up (unless it's repaired). Technically, nothing impressive. Built on UE5, runs as poor as you'd expect. (film grain makes the artifacting horrible) Lack of survivor tutorial is crazy considering nothing is explained in game (character stats, items, perk deck etc.) Everything is just a guess or assumption. Hard to judge the gameplay loop because every match has some sort of bug or stalls out because NPC are hiding. About half of my matches go okay, but when they don't. It feels awful. Wild RNG (knowing illfonic, it's a bug) can make finding escapes or finding NPCs ridiculous. NPCs are the focus of the game, but they constantly get stuck or ignore Michael so he just gets a free kill.

Very buggy, unfinished game. Runs extremely poorly, disconnects frequently. Single player is very short. Maybe with some more time this could be a good game but right now I can't recommend it.

Does the game have a lot of bugs and is real janky, Yes, but I am having hella fun playing. It's not for everyone, but if you loved Friday The 13th the game (R.I.P) you will LOVE this, and I think it's just dumb fun.
