如果你是一名热衷于在游戏里看见物理效果的玩家，那么这款游戏你一定不能错过，游戏不使用传统的按键攻击，而是要求你用鼠标来操控手的运动规矩【就好像人类一败涂地一样，不过这款游戏更适合战斗】，这使得游戏中的战斗更贴合现实逻辑【也很逗逼】，即你对敌人造成的伤害取决于你手中武器的类型，速度和角度。
同时游戏中的护甲也可圈可点，许多游戏中的护甲因为平衡而被削弱了，而在这款游戏中护甲能给你真正的安全感，全副武装时你的护甲可抵御几乎全部的挥砍和戳刺，只有钝击才能有效率的杀伤全甲士兵，你可以叠加武装衣，链甲和板甲来达到最佳防御效果。
我非常喜欢这款游戏且会把这款游戏推荐给其他的人，最后我想给亲爱的制作组提几点意见
1.优化问题，目前游戏优化在我的配置下显得一般，2k中高画质下大部分地图能保持在90左右，有时能到120，而在大量出血时游戏会卡顿，我希望能得到更好的优化
2.更多的地图和模式，目前的地图数量还是太少了，我希望将来能在half sword里体验攻城战和水战【哈哈，会不会有点太远了】
3.pvp，pvp，我们需要pvp，我知道在这种需要大量物理计算的游戏不好做pvp，但如果做出来了这款游戏很有爆款的潜力，至少做个局域网吧
Spent 15 hours on the demo and decided to buy it at full price without hesitation.
If you are a player who loves seeing physics‑driven gameplay, you should not miss this title. Instead of conventional button‑based attacks, you control your hand’s movement with your mouse — similar to Human: Fall Flat, yet built for combat. This makes fights feel physically realistic (and hilariously goofy). Damage dealt to enemies depends entirely on your weapon type, swing speed, and strike angle.
The armour system is also excellent. Many games nerf armour for balance purposes, but here armour offers genuine protection. In full kit, you are nearly immune to most slashing and stabbing attacks; only blunt strikes can efficiently take down fully armoured soldiers. You can layer gambeson, chainmail and plate armour for maximum defence.
I really enjoy this game and would recommend it to others. I also have a few suggestions for the dev team:
1. **Optimisation**: Performance is mediocre on my setup. At 2K medium‑high settings, most maps hover around 90 FPS and can hit 120 at times. However, heavy blood‑splatter effects cause stuttering. I hope for further performance improvements.
2. **More maps and modes**: The current map pool is rather small. I would love to see siege battles and naval combat in Half‑Sword someday (haha, maybe that is asking for too much).
3. **PvP, PvP, we want PvP!** I understand PvP is tough for a game with heavy physics calculations, but it could turn this into a breakout hit if implemented. At the very least, please add LAN support.
