One of the best free games of my life. Thank you, Bule (the dev). I played this game when I was younger and really enjoyed it, and even now it’s still extremely good.
This game is a genuine blast. Confusingly great music, confusingly great gameplay, confusingly free?? You see the screenshots and have questions, that's fine, you don't yet understand. This game is perfect. Played to completion nonsteam but I'm happy to loop the intro track for five minutes to add a timely thumbs-up.

An outstanding mechanical clone of Cave Story with a skill point RPG layer added on top. Huge map, amazing music. Yes the name is bad, the art is an acquired taste, and the story is just a generic B-movie parody, but the high quality of the gameplay carries the entire experience on its shoulders.
