I really enjoyed this game! Very eerie vibe which made me feel watched. This played really well too. There's no jump scares and no real danger. The story is good, it's there, but it left me wanting more. I feel like it could've gone a bit deeper. But for a free game, it's short and sweet and was a great experience for a rainy evening. good game play and story

XD
Golgotha is a good atmospheric horror game, okay then the story. In 1942 during the height of the German air raids a bunch of people went to stay in the Blackwater subway station to hide from the bombardment only for them to become overcome by a toxic gas attack that killed thousands of people as they slept in the tunnels and platforms of the station. After the war the government closed the station, only years later for it to be re-opened in 2003, but after mysterious deaths happened the station was closed forever, but one young man decides to visit the station on a stormy night to prove if the place is really haunted or not and the young man will soon get his answer. Now it’s like time, the story is really good like many free spooky horror games like this, someone goes into a spooky place to check it out and spooky stuff happens, but the maker of this game actually does something unique with the story that really puts things into perspective and felt like a real gut punch. The gameplay is okay; you simply walk around, explore and find little items to progress, nothing to complicated. The graphics are very good with a nice use of colors, designs and shadings that really sets the mood. The level is good the place definitely feels and looks like an old abandoned subway station that has been left to rot. The music and sound effects are very good; it helps set the atmosphere to this game. The atmosphere is very good nice and spooky and keeps you on your toes. Now is this game scary yes it is, you'll definitely dread every corner and hear every sound as you explore the station. Now it’s dislike time, I would have liked to know why our protagonist is going into the spooky abandoned subway station, even if it was as simple as doing it at on a dare. Also I wish the game had some achievements to unlock, even if it was simply you beat the game achievement. So if with that all finished Golgotha is a good atmospheric horror game, it has a really good story, okay gameplay and a very good atmosphere. So I recommend this game it's a nice free spooky horror game that was made with a good story that you may enjoy.
GAME WAS SO ASS!!!!!!!!
Really good short-ish horror game. A lot of the fear factor came from the ambience and sound design.
ótimo jogo, curto porem bem feito e ambientado, ótima trilha sonora
It’s a very good game and the atmosphere is really well done. It pulls you in and makes you feel genuine discomfort. The only negative thing I can mention is that the sound of your footsteps is much louder compared to everything else, and it becomes a bit exhausting after a while. Other than that, it’s a very good game.
