Gassy Man is a game about a man who has to save the planet from UFOs (unidentified flying object) and I LOVE it! The plot: You play as the "Gassy Man" himself (Mike). He uses his farting super power to save the Earth from alien invaders. You (the player) control Mike (Gassy Man) and knock UFOs out of the sky so you can save humanity from the extraterrestrial invasion forces. Some people believe Mike is actually in the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) because of his extraordinary super powers. I believe Mike and his ex-wife who have a daughter and an adopted son went through a separation. Mike found himself lost and miserable. He got so mad one day that he punched some concrete in a moment of overwhelming emotion. That caused him to break his 5th metacarpal in his right hand. After learning of the severity of his self-inflicted damage, he was borderline suicidal. Keep in mind that just a few months before this, he was the happiest man in the world. One day he was eating a bowl of pasta and lost control of his bowels. He ripped a humongous FART that launched him high up into the sky. Ever since that day Mike (Gassy Man) has been fighting crime and taking names. But that's just a theory of mine. First the good: This probably has the best graphics of any 2D platformer I've ever played. Also for the price (FREE) it's a fantastic game! The downsides to this product? NOTHING. What can I say. Absolutely BLOWN AWAY by how incredible this hidden gem. I really do feel lighter and more satisfied - lifted, you could say - after playing this. Adding this to my shortlist of potential game of the year. It truly cast a *smell* on me.

I took on this game to help get over my insecurities about making games that are 'good enough', and it actually worked. It's a game about farting as a superpower. The controls feel terrible, the game starts with an unskippable cut scene, and it won't let you quit if you run out of lives, you have to fart yourself to death. And yet I have to respect the developer for at least finishing something and having the confidence to upload it.
